Boasting more than 1,200 square feet of space, this Bahama Bay Resort & Spa condo is ideal for family vacations or group getaways. The Bahama Bay Resort & Spa boasts shared pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna. Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sand beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is poolside on Lake Davenport's shore. With indoor and outdoor seating and a bar with lake views, you can enjoy ice-cold drinks, signature burgers, and fries! The Market Place, located in the main clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items, from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories. The resort is also conveniently located near Polo Park East Golf Course. Located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, plenty of local dining and shopping options are nearby. Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants, along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a new Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure. For additional entertainment, SeaWorld is just 16 miles away, Universal Studios is 22 miles away, and Legoland Florida is 23 miles away for the younger guests.

Additional sleeping space is available via a sofa bed that opens into a queen bed in the living room. Enjoy meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils, and glassware. With plenty of room to spread out, you will love the spacious living room/dining room and can take in the scenery from a screened balcony with tables and chairs. An in-home laundry washer/dryer means you can wash clothes while watching cable TV in the living room or primary bedroom or while keeping an eye on the little ones in the included crib or high chair.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
