I would have rated it higher because overall it was a nice place and great location. The dryer button kept falling off maintenance came but it kept falling off and then it wouldn’t shut off. Maintenance told me to time it myself and then just unplug it to shut it down which was very inconvenient. I tried to leave the stuff drying outside and then it rained and it got all wet again. I was out so unable to get it in before the rain started. One of the twin beds smelled like someone had been laying on it. The main living room TV barely had a few working channels.

I love the size of the private homes and my children loved the water slides. Only dislike was no extra blankets or pillows in the room for the couch bed and you have to go to the front desk to get proper communication. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would visit again if I'm traveling with family.

We were in Orlando for Disneyworld so we werent at the room much. But there was a variety of issues. Why are we stingy with garbage cans. Put one in every room. Ive never heard a house creak and make more random noises than this house. The first night there I kept waking up because of it. All the tvs were super small too. The living room needs at least a 55 inch. That said the location was fantastic.

This is the 3rd time I stayed here. This time was so bad we left a day early to go home and shower in a clean environment. Our townhome didn’t look like it had ever been vacuumed. I have video of an inch thick of dust all over the baseboards. Black hairs in the shower. We went to eat at the Cabana but because they closed in 20 mins refused to let us order food. Then we ordered food at the sports bar but because we had kids we couldn’t sit at the bar so no happy hour. Then my husband paid the bill and they didn’t inform him that gratuity was already on the bill so we double tipped. When he asked about it they said oh well. They didn’t even serve us our food. My husband had to grab it from the bar to bring to our seats. Worst experience ever!!! And they wouldn’t do anything to make this a better experience. Travelocity tried to get them to and they refused.

The property is great — comfortable and well-equipped. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. When we arrived, the house had not been properly cleaned. The hot tub cover was filthy, with mold and mildew, although it was replaced on our last day at the property, so future guests won’t have that issue. The biggest disappointment was definitely the overall cleanliness of the house. Considering that all guests are charged a cleaning fee, I expected at least the basics to be taken care of.

The beds in this townhouse were the absolute worst. Hard and the mattress made it impossible to lie flat because of the indents, ended up on the couch three out of four nights. The kitchen is also minimally set up as a full kitchen, no pizza pan or pizza cutter, no bigger bowl to mix things up like salad or scrambled eggs, no measuring cups, could keep going. Won’t stay here again, was nice to have a hot tub onsite but only a screen to protect it, so on a rain day we couldn’t even use it.

Stayed here with my family for a week in May. We rented a car when leaving the airport. This townhouse resort was perfect for us 4 adults. We had a 3 bedroom, two bathrooms, and a hot tub to enjoy. The staff is friendly and the grounds are in perfect condition. We enjoyed the pool a few days during our stay. Lots of loungers and umbrellas. Two parking spots for each unit was very convenient. Full kitchen so we could enjoy our own breakfast before heading out to explore. Would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately, I had high hopes for this rental stay vacation for me and my family. Once we entered into the unit after a very chaotic and unorganized check-in. The unit smells like maybe cleaning products but not in a good way almost like swamp water. The furniture looked very dingy and dilapidated. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The restrooms seem clean, but when you look further, they were not there was a toilet brush cleaner left in one of the toilets so that was very unpleasant to see the carpet is stained and old didn’t feel right to walk around barefoot on The Jacuzzi, which was the main reason why we wanted to rent this unit did not work not once we called several times for maintenance and there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately, the pool area is very small considering the number of units there are it just wasn’t what it seemed to be made out to be or what we thought it was going to be overall very disappointing would not recommend it would definitely not revisit ever again not to mention the surrounding area is not a very good one. The best part of this place was the deer. The property has several deer which they have feeders for around the property For them and you can see them in the evening that was literally the best part of this whole place, but I can go to a zoo to see dear. I’m just glad that it wasn’t very expensive so I guess the Frase you get what you pay for hits home

The hot tub was green from algae & stunk like fish. Then the air wasn’t cold. The cooking utensils were broke. But other than that it was a nice place, it was a quite community, the kids loved the pool & the water slides.

Cons - The unit given to us had 2 broken lounge chairs in the terrace. Their was a leak from the second floor filtering through to a light fixture on the ceiling on the first floor, it was reported twice and never fixed or improved. The A/C control was programmed and could not change the temp. We asked the maintenance tech for help with the temp, and he did not know how to change the program. Pros - The unit had an amazing hot tub. The square footage was great for our family. The unit had a washer and dryer and full kitchen.
