Our stay was way more than what we expected! Customer service was great in the reception area, making check in/ out amazing and quick! The townhome was very clean and had a pleasant smell. It was also close to all Disney parks and many places to eat. We will definitely stay here again!

The villa was clean and welcoming with all required amenities available. We even saw 3 deer outside the window. It was wonderful. The heated pool was also a very appreciated feature. We will definitely visit again when in Orlando.

We like the property itself. It’s decliners of the property in a professionalism of the staff, though they were very friendly. We had called the property a week before to send a package to the property so it would be OK to give us all the information. The address that we put on was correct when I was received at the property they denied it came back to us. Luckily the package came in before I took the flight and now I was able to take it. Cost me an excessive amount of money. We got into the room the sheets in the master bedroom, head, organic stains on the bedsheets very obvious we only watched them once and it was able to come out showing that they didn’t wash the sheets. The Jacuzzi was filthy. No, on the first night I woke up late to go to use the restroom and there was a cockroach coming out of the sink. I have pictures of everything.

Superb accommodation and an excellent location for the parks if you have hired a car. My only criticism was we had a huge cockroach in the house that we had to get rid of.

Shower door would not close. Shower glass was filthy. The floors were filthy. The front desk said they would only come clean to e bottom floor but not the top. The tile and the grout dilapidated in the shower. No washcloths and when we asked they said they didn’t do that.
