Water park slides didn't open until 2 pm on a hot day. Their excuse was because of low occupancy.. We paid for it!.. They closed it also for a few clouds for 2 hours.. No rain even. Shuttle was terrible and poor times... 45 min to universal for.a 5 min ride

Coco keys staff racially profiled me. It was not the whole staff mostly the manager George. He needs to be reprimanded immediately. He has zero customer service and makes the resort look unethical.
