We have designed our home to experience fun, family time and relaxation. So, the name "Disney Serenity" seems fitting for what our villa has to offer. A unique spacious vacation home with over 4,000 sq. ft. to share with family and friends. With 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms comfortably accommodates and sleeps up to 20 guests. You will have convenient access to theme parks, a short drive to Disney World and Orlando attractions, shopping, and restaurants galore. The home is also hypoallergenic with ZERO CARPETING in the entire home allowing for a thorough clean after every stay. You can rest assured that you will have a fully sanitized home upon check-in as we adhere to Vrbo 5-step Enhanced Cleaning Process. There are celling fans in each bedroom, the family room, as well as the lanai make for clean and fresh airflow throughout the home.

This home is uniquely situated where you can enjoy privacy and serenity from your own private covered lanai, pool & spa overlooking a natural conservation area. Our home has no neighbors in the back with a pool enclosure surrounded by a privacy screen giving you solitude from neighbors on either side of the property. "The Serenity Chair" in the lanai is a cozy space to unwind and delight in the views and sounds of nature, birdwatching, reading, meditating, or napping! You will sure have a favorite spot to start and end your day at "Disney Serenity".

We have recently converted the loft area into a MARVEL theme theater room equipped with a 120” screen and a 4K projector. There is a Roku that is directly connected to the projector for you to stream your favorite shows and movies. With the upgraded mini bar/wine fridge and Nanoleaf lighting gives this space a cool, retro vibe to hang and relax for the night.

Guest access
You have access to the entire home plus all Windsor at Westside resort amenities including gym, games room, resort pool, lazy river and bar/restaurant included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. The front door to the home is protected by an automatic lock that can be opened by 4-digit security code which will be provided to you 24 hours before the start of your paid booking.

Other things to note
Please treat the our home with respect. Also, please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Should any problems or concerns arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

IMPORTANT:

We have security cameras at the front entry, garage and sides of the home. They will be on during your stay for security. No cameras are inside the home and your privacy is guaranteed.

Gated Resort for added security- please provide confirmation of the reservation to the guard. Home has a keypad for easy entry.

POOL HEAT IS COMPLIMENTARY and is included with your stay! The pool and spa share the same water and heater. Therefore the spa will mostly have the same temperature as the pool. If you want to heat up the spa, please turn on the spa jet timer. It can take up to 60 minutes for the spa to reach the desired temperature of up to 102 degrees. If you wish to continue heating the spa, just add more time to the jets. Otherwise, the colder water from the pool will start to flow back into the spa and lower the temperature. The spa will never reach a temperature higher than 102 degrees. Please note that during the colder months, the pool heater may only be able to provide heat when the ambient temperature is under 68 degrees. This is a safety mechanism to prevent the heater from overheating.
