BEST PLACE FOR FAMILY RETREAT

The customer service was excellent. Helena, the representative agent was excellent in her presentation to my Hilton stay. However, I did receive a call from Ed, a representative of Hilton offered me a $250 gift and 8 day 7night stay to come to their Hilton Resort, and when he tried to confirm the visitation, he claims their was a problem with their computer which prevented me from attending, as a computer undergraduate of science, I find that hard to be unbelievable, but for the price of admission was fantastic. I will look forward to booking another stay with Hilton Grand Beach. I also stated to one of your managers that you need a bigger sign for this resort.

It was an amazing vacation club for family, check in and check out are very quick and convenient. the room looks had been recent remodeled and upgraded. kitchen appliances and wares are new. wash machine and dryer are in the unit, very convenient as vacation house. However, the bed needs more cleanup - sheets and covers are changed, but need to clean/wash the quilt or pillow more frequently, cause we all had flea bites in three bed rooms, even we changed all sheets and pillow covers. Also, need to sanitize or carpet wash for the same flea bite problem. We understand that there are a lot of rains in Orlando, so it may be easy to raise fleas in the humid environment. So need pay attention to pest control or sanitizing for fleas, not just the surface cleanup.

Beautiful property and great amenities. Rooms were clean nice balconies The pools were clean, there's a beautiful lake near by. They have games you can rent for free and events daily for all ages. Super close to stores and theme parks. Will definitely be staying here again.

The property was clean, comfortable, and safe. We felt good about staying here. It’s a little outdated but worth the trade off when it comes to value. It would be even better with some little touches. They could really use a splash pad (there is a wading pool) and more water features by the main pools. Overall, a great family place to stay.

The room was beautiful a gorgeous property staff very nice only issue was no Resturant very disappointing and little market place was never stocked with drinks and some snacks and I also had handicap parking pass people would park with out one not enough in front off the entrance parking should be assigned a space some nights had to park on side of my building
