Great value - nice accommodations with a very affordable price that was very comfortable for our party of five. Did not have much time to take advantage of all of the resort amenities due to a busy schedule at the parks. Only down side is that the central hot tub was only half full and not as enjoyable to sit in as anticipated.

I suffered a personal injury on the first day. I submitted a complaint and the faulty furniture which caused the injury was repaired quickly, however I’ve still not had anyone contact me about making it right personally/financially after being promised a call before we left 7 days ago! Struggling to get hold of anyone now (surprise surprise). Staff at the reception couldn’t have cared less once the furniture was repaired.. but let slip there had been tyre slashing, and the security cameras were broken so make of that what you will. Generally- Facilities are okay, I would like if the kayaks were included in either the main cost or additional resort fee, instead they charge $12 for 30 mins on top of the fees already paid. I’d go elsewhere. Location is good, but you must have a car. I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years, and I’d definitely feels that despite the renovations, the quality and vibe is going downhill steadily. When Diamond Resorts operated this resort any issues were sorted quickly and the staff couldn’t have been better. We used to look forward to our next visit before we’d even hit the highway. Now it just feels like any other cheaper apartment complex operated by a large corporate company. Good as a base of operations for visiting the theme parks.
