The pool was a hit with the kids. Everything was very clean. Trash pick up was not great. We had a toilet clog on a Saturday and they couldn't fix it until Monday when we were leaving. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Home Away from Home

The property was beautiful, clean and big enough for 10 people. The pool at the home was small but the community pool was great to use. There were two bedrooms painted with a Disney theme.The location was great and close enough to all the Disney Parks.

The house had so much mothballs the smell gave me a headache. There was left over trash from previous people under the dressers in the room, did not have a clean feeling. Location was good, the community pool/lazy river was okay. Slides were closed, and you had to pay extra 9/person for putt putt. Not worth the hype.

Quiet community, really close to Disney World parks (10-15 minute drive to the parking lots) and convenient for Universal parks as well (20-30 minute drive). House is clean and has lots of beds. Pool is small but nice and clean. Resort pool is not as conveniently located so we only used it once. Couple of grocery stores nearby as well. We had a great time.

Not as good as presented

The property resort pool area was extremely packed with a lot of unfriendly workers. They also continue to repeat rules on the loud speaker which takes away any relaxation. Many guests continued to break rules like hoarding the floaties for the lazy river and we even had all our stuff moved and taken off our seats when we walked away to buy ice cream. No one actually managing unruly guests to ensure its safe and fun for all just rules being yelled over and over. The slide attendant wanted to take her break so she locked the bottom of the slide while children were still at the top, they were pushing and shoving up there and no one could go up to help. She continued to just say "oh well, I am going on break." The property we stayed in was full of dog hair, I tried vacuuming and even the vacuum was old and did not work well. With so much glass decor and glass furniture I would not call his family-friendly either. Location was good and there was not much traffic so that was ok. I would not stay again.

Good location

We had a great stay at this property, however , upon opening the door there is a foul/unpleasant odor that just lingered throughout the entire stay. Very unpleasant and noticeable. The dryerm on property takes an exceptional long time to dry clothes- had to pack damp clothes even after a medium load for 2 hours. We Could tella downstairs bedroom blankets were not washed as something sticky was stuck to it and largeBobby pins were on the floor around the bed- very gross. Kitchen was not kid friendly all provided dish ware was glass- would have been pleasant to have some plastic serving-ware provided and some basic needs such as salt/pepper provided. Location was great for trips to Disney world, it was a short drive to all locations. Some bugs noticed inside which we expected being in Florida.

Overall pretty good

Overall our stay was pretty good. Location was great about 15 mins to all parks. House was spacious and clean. Had a problem with the TV not working- still never figured out why.

Cozy home

There were 9 of us total and plenty of room. Loved the upstairs so the teens had a separate area too. Pool in the back was cute, but would definitely choose to heat it next time. And won’t hold a lot of grown ups. The pool and lazy river were nice and kids loved the slides. The putt putt is a separate cost which we didn’t know just assumed was included in it since it was all there in one place. House was clean and beds were comfy. Would stay again. I loved that it was pet friendly. My dogs loved it.

Great location. So many stores nearby.The house was beautiful & very clean. We enjoyed the private pool and the hideaway club pool was a plus! Water was warm and the environment was very chill. Will definitely stay again and again!

The house was as described. We did find 3 cockroaches when we first arrived but killed them and didn’t see any others after that. The neighbors who moved in last day were very loud and disruptive but did quiet down by 10pm which was much appreciated.
