Pool area was great! Free coffee and water bottles every morning which was perfect to start the day. The staff was helpful and always ready to fulfill any need. I didn't like the pushiness of the timeshare preview that they kept asking me to go to. Check-in tells you to see the concierge for a "gift" and signing up someone for a timeshare to get 250$ is not a gift. It was a bit too pushy for my liking.

not like it used to be.

we have been visiting this property for over 20 years. we were in a newly remodeled unit however the beds were hard as a rock. i have never stayed in a hotel with beds this hard, they used to be so plush you didn’t want to get up, now it’s the opposite. the ice maker was so loud and never shut off, the condenser froze up and therefore it wouldn’t shut off. just a really loud humming noise. the property is clean just not like it used to be.

The units were very spacious and clean. I do wish they would’ve clean the unit each day though. They seemed to always show up right when we got back to the room after being out hours. Lovey place.

Beautiful (very large) property with friendly staff! Our stay was short so didn’t get to experience it all, but if your looking for the comforts of home while away this is the place for you! Limited on close dinning out options but their onsite poolside bar is a great option, even for the kids!

As a Hilton member, I asked for a quiet room. I was given a room across from the elevator! Very loud. I woke up to hammering and drilling outside my door the next morning. . Men repairing tiles right outside my door ! Also there were no chairs available at either pool the first two days I was there.
