The check-in was great except for the sales pitch. I wasn't expecting it. I received constant texts and calls about this, a minor inconvenience. Other than that, the service was great, and everything was in order and clean. The one pool wasn't in service, but they kept daily communication about the reopening as they were resurfacing the deck.

We enjoyed the 3 nights at the hotel. This is more laid back property with not much to do. Wish there was dining on the property. The pool and the wade pool was nice for the little ones

Will never stay again

When i first arrived it took me over an hour of driving around to find the actual check in desk it was already late my family was exhausted. Once i found it i was asked how many keys i wanted so i assumed i was getting two keys for the same room. Come to find out i got one key for two different rooms that were connected. That was horrible. I have never had to do anything like that before. I had small children with me. Then i go into the master bathroom the tub was nasty and dirty. I couldn’t even use it. We had to leave at 7 in the morning and go to a relatives home to take a shower.

Wonderful like always!!

As always we had a wonderful time at this resort. It is our favorite place to stay when visiting Orlando. The apartments are beautiful, clean and spacious. The amenities are fun, relaxing and we love the pools and hottubs.
