Fix the elevators

Was an anniversary trip, the room was great, the area near by had ton of food and shopping options. The biggest inconvenience was the hotel only having one working elevator. During peak hours making it impossible to get on. Had to take the stairs or wait 20 minutes or ride up to ride back down.

Disney families welcome.

This is a great location for families going to the Disney properties. The check in process is easy and Armando is an excellent host. The hotel is clean, free breakfast, nice pool, and the rooms are nice and roomy. The beds are comfortable and you have all the amenities including a mini fridge and microwave. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good Hotel near enough activities but far enough to not be affected by congested traffic for quick runs to dinner/store/etc based on your length of stay. Rooms updated and clean - our TV only had a couple working channels, lobby staff was minimal, parking a challenge during busy times. Overal good value considering

Lovely place. Good selection for Breakfast. Only thing stopping me staying here again, the $26 a night parking. To be fair, it is on the Hotel description, but I didn’t see this until after I had booked.

We love staying at this property when we come to Orlando but one of the elevators was out of service and made it very inconvenient during the most busiest months of the year hope this problem gets solved and new problems wont evolve

We have been traveling a lot and stay in another hotel chain. Decided to try Holiday Inn Express again because it met our location needs. Our room was spotless - trust me, I checked every nook and cranny. Microwave, fridge, safe, Kuerig in room. Comfy beds with extra pillows. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and lots of variety. The attendants kept the area stocked and clean. Great proximity to theme parks a variety of restaurants a short distance from the hotel. Concierge service for the attractions that sells tickets. Gentleman at the desk was knowledgeable with some great tips. Downside was only one elevator working. Wouldn't hold that against them. There was a parking charge which is a little nutty but hey you're in Orlando. Shouldn't be a surprise. Highly recommend.

Clean, newer or newly rehabbed hotel. Needed some attention at the coffee area since that is one of the first things you see. One elevator was down. Would definitely stay here again.

We were shocked we had to pay for parking. It was not disclosed to us. One of the elevators was not working which made it very inconvenient with a 6 floor hotel. When we got to our room we noticed it was warm but adjusted it and assumed it would be cooler when we returned from dinner. It was not so we called the front, someone came to look at it and he seemed very unsure of what to do as he was FaceTiming with someone giving him what I can assume are instructions on how to fix it. (They were speaking in another language) He assured us in 10 minutes our room would begin to cool down. By this time it’s almost midnight and with 2 young children we decided to suffer through. By the time we woke up the next morning it was 80° in our room. I told the lady at check out about our experience and she assured me someone would call me and try and make things right. I have yet to receive a phone call. I’d think twice before saying here especially with so many other options in the area.
