Very nice, clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was awesome. We were in town for a volleyball tournament, and they were able to accommodate our early check-in. Near Epic. Not too far from Orange County Convention Center. Theres a Wawa across the street with good food. Everyone and everything was amazing!

The room was clean and spacious. The customer service aspect could use improvement. When I checked in the front desk clerk was so engrossed in their cell phone that they did not notice I was there and upon check out the clerk was again in their cell phone when I turned in the keys. The stay was good for the night but the service has room for improvement.

I arrived at the hotel and the front doors were locked as it was after 10pm. There was nobody answering the intercom or the phone when calling the hotel. I tried calling and buzzing in for 40 minutes with no success as there wasn’t an employee there at all. All surrounding hotels were sold out as well.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well organized. The staff was wonderful — very polite, professional, and always helpful. The breakfast was also good and fresh every morning. I have no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
