This was my second stay with the property; the first time being an excellent experience, but my most recent visit did not meet expectations. The breakfast experience was hectic and there was not enough food in rotation, causing long lines for food items. The hot cakes in my previous visit were prepared by a staff member and this facilitated more efficiency.
However, the main contributor to the low score was an issue concerning the cleanliness of the hotel room; it was evident that the room was not thoroughly serviced between tenants as there was a personal article of sexual origins left in the night stand. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they advised me that they will service the room entirely, but upon returning from my day out the room was not serviced, with only the personal article removed from the night stand... by this point, I was not fully confident that the area was properly sanitized being that the room was not serviced as promised. The front desk did waive the parking fees, but in a situation of this magnitude concerning a possible biohazard, more urgency would have been preferable for both me, the customer, and the hotel as the entity providing a safe space for its tenants.
