The pool was filthy and hot tub at night and also in the morning. Which was extemely disappointed the pictures of the pool being clean never seen a pool that filthy before. The elevator was broken near room so had to walk 4 flights of stairs still had to walk the whole hall way when a different elevator was discovered the other elevator that was broken was right near room. The pool also didnt open till 9 am not that i would of swam in it. Not like that. I love swimming and i read the reviews and most were good but my experience was just sad and disappointing especially that the room that was purchased was for the pool room and it wasn't nice to look at all. A nice clean pool and hot tub would of been relaxing hut i didnt get that experinece. The room itself was fine and bed comfortable but very upset

Our stay was very comfortable, the staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, and parking is easy and convenient. The only issue is the elevator. There is only one and the wait for it could be a little long. I took the stairs a few times.

The stay was on. Our room needs attention, it smells of mold, there’s noticeable damage on some of the furniture and walls, and the entry door doesn’t close properly. I’m giving the hotel four stars because of the staff. They were exceptional.

Moving our college student to new housing & this was close. Bed was hard. AC was ok. There was a knob missing on bathroom door & a small roach. Its decent. Not many hotels available at that time in the area. We only needed a night.
