My vehicle was robbed in your parking lot, they took (2) motorcycles from my pickup truck. Your facility does not have any camerad in the parking lot.

I have stayed here 3 different times while in the area for work trips. Rooms have always been clean and friendly staff. Parking is free, breakfast is good, and there are lots of restaurants in the area as well. No issues whatsoever during my stays.

I have learned my lesson when it comes to staying in pet-friendly hotels. The room we were assigned had a flea infestation. As soon as we entered the room and walked across the carpet, dozens of fleas were on our shoes and legs. Before we realized what was happening, we had tossed down our backpacks, luggage and the fuzzy blanket my wife had been carrying. All of our stuff had fleas on it. We gathered our belongings and exited the room as quickly as possible. The front desk clerk was apologetic and gave us a different room. I asked for a room on a floor that doesn't allow pets. Instead, he upgraded us to a suite on a pet-friendly floor and told me they don't normally assign the suite to those traveling with pets. For the rest of the night, we were still dealing with fleas in the new room. It was impossible to say whether the new room also had fleas or whether we took them into the suite with us. Regardless, with certainty, that room did have fleas by the time we checked out a day early the next morning.

Dirty, broken, toilets did not work well, the AC never cooled the room while we were there, the bathroom lock doesn't work. The room looked like a cheap motel and not a hotel. Anyway, it's not even a quarter of the hotel I used to visit with my family 1 or 2 years ago. I think we're not coming back and I don't recommend them.
