Nimi sanoo kaiken! Kolmannessa kerroksessa Luxury Villa on kaikki tyylikkäät yksityiskohdat haluat loma-asunnosta sekä runsaasti tilaa kaikille nauttia rentouttavasta yhdessä. Laita jalat olohuoneeseen ja katsele elokuvaa tai lue kirjaa, kun taas lapset pelaavat pelejä viihtyisässä talossa.

Virallinen ruokasali, jossa on istumapaikat kuudelle hengelle, tarjoaa paljon tilaa perheen aterioille ja gourmet-keittiö ilahduttaa kotikokkia. Täysin kalustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuista laitteista ja graniittitasoista valmistettaessa juomia ja aterioita on tuulta. Aamiaisbaari, jossa ulosteet, mahtuu vieläkin enemmän ihmisiä aterioihin, tai on hienoa viihdyttää.

Condo was beautiful and SPACIOUS!!! Super clean too!!! Everything that any family could need for a vacation!!! Grocery store and restaurants very close by, which was very convenient . Very close to the Convention Center and Universal and not all that far from Disney property too. Thanks for a great place to have a family vacation. We will be back!!!

We have stayed here four different times. We love renting here because it’s a comfortable spacious apartment that fits our entire family. We have space to move around and feel at home. The apartment is situated in a great location. We will be back during the spring.

Fabulous condo; terrific location

This condo was exactly as advertised! Clean, spacious and tastefully decorated! The property managers were excellent with their communication and we loved the ease of the check in/check out process! We were a short ride to Universal which was perfect for us and the condo was a lovely place to relax after a long day at the parks! I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando area! We will definitely be returning!

Amazing Property!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Condo. Check in process was very easy to include detailed instructions prior to arrival. Condo was very clean and spacious. Couldn’t ask for a better layout of property. It was convenient to theme parks (Universal Studios, Disney, SeaWorld, etc...) and restaurants. Had convenient parking. Overall property was amazing . Highly recommend property to families visiting the area.

Spring break getaway

Very spacious, nice floor plan with rooms spread out from each other. We didn’t need any of the children items but thought it was nice there was a high chair,etc available. We like the location. Only problem was the people above us were there to weekend party at night.

Completely Unaccetable. Deplorable and Uninhabitable Conditions. No viable alternative was provided after my immediate notification of severe mold, mildew odors, visible mold growth, saturated wet carpet, and a rusted, bulging, leaking ceiling in the master bathroom—issues I documented with photos sent right away.We suffered health impacts like respiratory irritation from the poor air quality and allergic reactions, forcing us to stay outdoors as much as possible instead of using the property we paid for. They confirmed no other units were available, promised repairs that never materialized despite repeated follow-ups, and left us no choice but to endure it—breaching their duty to provide a safe, clean rental under VRBO's stated standards.Had to request the gate code repeatedly to even access the property. Responses to the issues seemed to be AI generated through the VRBO message site with no real person addressing the concerns.

Getting the door entry codes was painful. Had to call four times, leave two messages and nobody would say what was going on. Once got into the property, everything was great and easy.

Spacious and Comfortable

We have stayed in this unit twice now. It is very spacious plenty of room for the teenagers to avoid the lame parents. Quick and easy drive to Universal. Located close to a Publix shopping center. Only thing missing in the kitchen ( or that I could not locate) was a coffee pot....had the maker.....couldn't find the pot. The stress was real....LOL! When checking out my niece had left her blanket in the dryer....almost an hour afterwards she realized this grave transgression. The property management team helped us get back into the room and get this most cherished item! Overall a great stay!

It appeared that the unit might have been recently painted, so I had a bit of a headache because of the lingering fumes. close proximity to the highway. The weather was a bit chilly at the time so we didn't have an opportunity to use the pool or other amenities. We did notice some ants by the front door. We called the Casiola customer service line, and someone visited the unit very quickly to address the issue.

When I contacted the property owners about a few minor issues they were sure to handle them promptly. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We spent an afternoon at the pool which was within walking distance. There's a Publix next door. We love the locations for many reasons. It's close to the convention center so Uber is very reasonably priced. It's close to The Pointe and I Drive but far enough away from being in the heart of the tourist area. The restaurant options nearby are endless. My only complaint is there are no luggage carts anywhere on the premises which made for many trips back and forth from the third floor. But overall, we loved our stay and will be returning.
