We have vacationed here several times it’s proximity to the Disney and universal parks make it a home run! Staff service and amenities are all great. However it maybe time for an update on the furniture and room decor. Regardless great alternative to the prohibitively expensive on property Disney hotels.

Beware of parking fee.

Would stay again. Very clean and comfortable place, but they do have 25 dollar per car parking fee. If are staying more than one night no big deal.

Maintenance headache

Had some issues on arrival where there was water leaking from the refrigerator all over the kitchen. Rather than move us to another room they forced us to wait for maintenance to attempt to fix it, which they failed to do and wasted hours of my time before finally replacing the refrigerator. Ruined my first night there dealing with that instead of say, enjoying the pool.

Only a One night stay :(

From start to finish a delightful stay. The accommodation was just perfect. We were spoiled with an upgrade but know the rooms generally are great.

It’s just far from the restaurants and amusement if you don’t have car so we have to Uber every time but other than that me and my Kids are happy and satisfied 😝
