The smell pf clorox inside the room was terrible. Hotel rooms should smell nice. They changed me twice to a diffrent room and the smell continued. They should not clean with strong products. I am allergic and a lot of people are allergic also

The hotel’s location is great! Everything was clean. My first problem was at the check-in counter, a very nice lady was helping me check in when her manager arrived. He told her she needed to clock out immediately, and did not allow her to finish checking me in. In the meantime he started helping another couple so I had to wait. When he finally got to us he was very rude. Awful, customer service. Once in the room, we had no cellphone service. SOS calls only. In order to communicate with my son in another room, we had to use WhatsApp. The phone issue was a huge problem for us. The beds are low to the floor and unusually soft, to where you don’t feel much support and they are difficult to get up from. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this hotel again.

I would never stay here again. The parking situation was a nightmare due to overbooking, and the staff seemed completely unprepared. When I checked out at the front desk, the employee assured me everything was set, but it wasn’t. I requested a receipt after checkout, only to be told they couldn’t provide one. When I inquired about unclear charges on my card, the employee had no answers. The hallways reeked of weed, and at 3 AM, when I needed to leave for the airport, there was no staff at the front desk. Security was also a major concern—anyone could walk in and access the elevators at any time without restriction.

The pictures of this place is so misleading. The room was a mess. Most of the furniture was broken. The bedding is not comfortable at all. The bathrooms was a travesty, they have never seen a full cleaning. I will never use a Wyndham property, and if youre smart you wont either.

I like that its close to SeaWorld and many other attractions. Staff members were nice. However, breakfast should be free like most hotels. And for the family suite, the bathroom sinks should be installed outside the bathroom and not inside. I had a family of 6 so the bathroom wait time was no good. Toiletries should also be big bottles installed inside the shower and not 2 little bottles for the whole family.
