Stay was nice hotel was clean location was ideal for the water park it was very easy to get to universal and epic universe buses are right outside the main checkin …. Things I didn’t like I felt drinks we’re ridiculously monitored with smart chips inside the cups which prevents you from helping yourself for free which needs to be repaid every few days and you need one just for the hotel and one just for the park I feel what they charge staying in a universal resort it should work at both locations for one fee also I didn’t like the fridge being so low in the room I’m disabled and it’s hard to bend over in a so called ada friendly room a little detail like that should be addressed

My second stay here. It's a good location for all the theme parks with free transport to all the Universal parks. The property is in need of a little sprucing up, and the food and drink prices are way above average. But in general a good resort hotel.

Rooms were bigger than our room at Pop century and cheaper! Loved the pool and lazy river! Transporation to City Walk and the parks were excellant. Absolutely would stay again.
