Our furniture drawers would not stay closed and we were in Bayside which was a very long walk after a day at the parks but other than that the stay was enjoyable. Transportation to/from parks was perfect. Front desk very good. Room clean and beds comfortable.

Our only negative comment is that we waitedin line for an hour to check in. If you book direct you can check in online. It was easy to find the room. The room was clean. The hotel was surprisingly quiet. There is a good variety of healthy food options. The shuttle to Universal was not worth waiting for if you're entering the park early (we were going to take the shuttle at 7:15 AM) The hotel across the street offers a water taxi that will take you to the park without waiting. The pool, bowling and arcade are clean, fun amenities. We would stay here again.
