Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, but a little old which os fine given the age of the property. The bus service to the disney parks was great l, easy, and convenient. The hotel was incredibly cold in the hallways and main lobby area which led to the rooms being very cold. Due to the humidity of the area, it is impossible to turn on the heat in the room without quickly becoming uncomfortably sweaty. The refrigerator was very loud and needed to be turned off to get sleep. The cleaning staff were closing doors very loudly in the early morning (before 8:30am) which led to disturbing my wife and I.

The hotel is overall ok. Pros: Location, shuttle service, coffee shop and convenience store. Cons: Dated rooms, no room service, house keeping was not good (never cleaned the bathroom), towels are not of good quality.

We liked the convenience of walking to Disney Springs. The room was very nice and clean. Check-in was difficult. We were told that we could get early check-in. After waiting over 2 hours, I went back to the desk at 4:00 (never having received a text that our room was ready) and was finally able to get a room.

We thought the hotel was outdated, for example the bathroom. We thought the beds were very comfortable. We did not like that we were told about a “welcome package” when in fact it was not. The “welcome package” was a 2 hour presentation and you pay money up front. We did not like how we were presented this and thought it was wrong.

Tata - bellman/valet was exceptional! I arrived at 8am and obviously could not check in that early but he kept my bag for me and directed me regarding parking/check-in. I observed him interacting with other guests and he treated them all as vips. He is a true gem! Give this man a raise and don't ever let him leave! The free parking as an expedia vip guest was a big plus ($25 savings!). The lighting in the bathroom is awful. The only lighting is around the mirror so it's very dark in the shower. Other than the rooms are comfortable and clean. The a/c only goes down to 68 which is kind of annoying and there is only a lightweight duvet on the bed and I enjoy a heavier feel when I sleep so a blanket would have been nice but I didn't bother calling for one. The location is walkable to Disney Springs so that is a huge plus. Overall, I would stay here again.
