We really enjoy staying at this hotel. Staff provide excellent client service and the amenities are very nice. Location is fantastic - right above the Metro station with great shopping and restaurants options a quick walk away in every direction. Highly recommend upgrading to a Premier floor and taking the buffet breakfast option. Wonderful hotel!

The room was fantastic and spacious, the bed was super comfortable. The location of this hotel is also excellent being right outside a subway entrance - it can't get any better then that. The rooms are equipped with many great amenities like a coffee machine, phone charger, complimentary drinks, teas, etc - which was appreciated. If I return to Osaka this would be my hotel of choice.

Location is good - close to railway station and there is a local market street and a local super market within 3 minutes walk. Excellent service - very thoughtful for the clients by providing suncream and varieties of other cosmetics samples. The room and the bathroom are spotless clean

The staff were fabulous!! They helped us arrange transport, book dinner reservations and navigate to and from activities. The breakfast host wasn’t very friendly on arrival but did warm up. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you would need for a nice stay. The cafe attached to the lobby was brilliant! We preferred that to the restaurant as the hotel food wasn’t very hot but that seemed to be a trend amongst most of the accommodation we stayed in. Overall, a great stay!

Absolutely amazing hotel with exceptionally kind and accommodating staff. They kindly allowed us to check in a little early, which was very convenient given our limited time in Osaka. The Premier Lounge and breakfast buffet staff were fantastic, always attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of both international and Japanese dishes. The location is also perfect—right next to two major subway lines, making commuting quick and easy. どうもありがとうございます
