Property was amazing, stunning upon walking in we were blown away with both the exterior and the interior. The staff gave us a warm welcome and assisted us when asked felt very welcomed. They even held our luggage till early evening we are just about to collect it actually 😃would 100 per cent recommend this hotel

As we were visiting Universal Studios, this hotel was just perfect as it sits a few steps away from the park entrance. With all the dining and shopping options of CityWalk just outside and the beautiful decor, luxurious rooms, and friendly and courteous staff, it was a wonderful experience and we will hopefully stay there again when we return to Osaka.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. While Japanese hotels are often compact, this one exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Best of all, it’s less than a one minute walk to Universal Studios Japan truly unbeatable! If I visit USJ again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Two adults two teens stayed in a Quad room for 1 night to get an early start for USJ the next day. I carefully considered hotels and locations - this was the most expensive hotel night of our trip but ultimately worth it for the convenience and experience. It would have taken 3 trains from Shin-Osaka station to USJ station so we got a taxi instead, and to Namba station when we left. Front desk, porter and concierge staff all so helpful, inckuding storing our luggage after check out while at USJ. The hotel exterior and lobby has a gorgeous opulent art deco time travel decor. The hotel breakfast room/buffet room looked large but very crowded so we opted for quick breakfast at the cafe in the lobby (doesn't open til 7am) watching people run to line up! Convenience store off the lobby, and meals at the City Walk street opposite hotel (pedestrian walk) is so convenient. Beware in January it was BITTERLY cold and windy at USJ, dress warm! Loved the park view of the lit up rollercoaster from our room. Would happily come back if doing USJ again.

The lobby and outside areas are very nice but the room was a BIG disappointment. It looked like we were in a room that could quickly be converted into a multi room dorm by rolling in more beds. Everything was dated, poorly appointed and there were long black strands of hair on my bed Under the sheets! I will not go back … the Keihan hotel next door was less extend a lot nicer in every way!

I loved the fact that the hotel was directly inside the City Walk area and we enjoyed the facility and the restaurants and the shopping. We walked to the park and it was no issues and the train station was literally right there not fair i loved this hotel very nice

I booked a room through Expedia. I went 1 day early to ask for availability. They said they had no rooms. Went on Expedia and I got the room. Sad to know as a customer they were unwilling to accommodate someone who already had a room. I am also being double charged.

I recently stayed at Park Front Hotel universal studios Japan and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and my room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. We will definitely return.
