Room size was good. Most staff were great. Some were a bit standoffish when I spoke english and then even a bit funny when I switched to speaking Japnese to them. I would this hotel a high 4 stars but the breakfast was so disappointing it drops the score majorly. Stay but dont get the breakfast option.

I loved that it was close to many shopping areas and a reaspnable distance from 2 train stations. The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly and even though it was little, i was incredibly thankful that they were able to print off my Shinkansen tickets.
