Great comfortable room. Breakfast was not included, so I'd recommend getting it elsewhere. Otherwise a great place to explore Palermo's historic center from.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all major sights. However, it feels more like a B&B than a traditional hotel. The reception is staffed only during check-ins or is on-call, which may not be ideal for all guests. Additionally, there isn’t much of a common area to relax in. The surrounding neighborhood is somewhat littered, but it offers plenty of local shopping and dining options. Inside the room, I found it to be larger than the typical European hotel room and very clean. However, there was an old, musty smell that detracted from the experience. The amenities are quite basic, and I noticed the absence of facial tissues. Another point to consider is the noise from nearby bars and restaurants, which can last until about 2 AM, potentially disrupting your sleep. The Expedia VIP got a bottle of wine which is always a huge plus.

A very lovely and comfortable small hotel in the heart of Palermo. We were able to walk everywhere. The manager Martina was so helpful, and even made arrangements to and from the airport for us. The breakfast service was excellent and the staff very friendly. Wish we could have spent several more nights there!

This is the pls e to stay in Palermo. Everything was perfect. So many move and thoughtful touches, this is the only place to stay. Martina at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

Perfect place to stay in Palermo!

Perfect location. Walkable to just about everywhere. Martina was wonderful with info and taking care of transfer from airport and to train station. Breakfast was great, wide variety. Bed was very comfortable, nice hot shower. Room was nice and cool ( good A/C). Loads of shops and restaurants right outside door. Very safe area.

The hotel location, Junior Suite, breakfast, and staff were excellent. Martina, the Manager, was courteous, organized and responsive. Parking was in a garage one block away, but Martina escorted us to and from the garage thereby making the process easy.

Perfect Location, we loved it

This was a cracking little find. It’s really central but not noisy, it’s above a fab fish restaurant, a super cute ‘speakeasy’ style bar & the famous Arancini place Ke Palle although we ate at DonnaFranca which was superb.
