It Doesn't Get Much Better Than This!

Es Llimoner des Molinar completely charmed us. From the moment we stepped into the courtyard with its lemon tree, to the well-equipped interior and cozy bedrooms, everything felt perfect. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by Andres' attentive communication. He was always available to answer questions and offer helpful tips via text message.

Great location and management

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home near the sea. The property was exactly as advertised and the owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Parking was pretty difficult, even in the low season, and we did have to change the propane for water heating while there, which was a little inconvenient. It was great being close to a nice bakery, supermarket and fruit and veg stand, we ate at home every night. Overall a good experience.

Winter stay

Lovely home in a lovely location - this was our first visit to Mallorca and I'm sure we will return. Parking was a little more difficult than we expected - but usually managed to find a spot within 50 meters, but we had a very small car which helped. The two bikes provided were in great condition and we enjoyed the easy cycling along the sea front in both directions. Even though the weather was a little cool we were able to keep warm with the heaters provided. We had a problem with locking one of the doors one evening and the owners had someone round to fix it within an hour.

Great holiday

Had a marvellous holiday in this very un typical property. The sandy beach was a three minute walk away and the property has an amazing garden with a large lemon tree, eating out area, flowers, BBQ and lovely outdoor shower for coming off the beach. There is a well stocked very clean kitchen with good air conditioning throughout. Quiet area but good pizza and pasta restaurants and local bars close by, as well as grocery shops. A little gem

This is a stunning little property so well located - a few minutes walk to the beach, with a bakery and a fruit and veg shop in the opposite direction. There is a very large supermarket (Eroski) only 7 or 8 minutes walk away. It is not a touristy area, which was good for us but plenty of bars and restuarants in easy walking distance. There is a walkway (and cycleway) along the coast all the into Palma, which only took about 45 minutes to walk (the cathedral can be seen from the closest beach to the property). The property description and photos are very accurate, but it was still prettier than we were expecting and there is plenty of space in the communal areas and the outside area (with a barbecue) was fantastic.

Beautiful House Close To The Beach

The patio is exactly like the pictures. We spent a lot of time there. Ana Maria met us with bottles of wine, olive oil & water. We used all of it. The only drawback was the garbage & recyclable collectors coming at 4am. Bring earplugs and/or a noise machine. We loved being able to walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. We walked on the shore front every evening, watching the sunset and all of the people there. We will definitely come back again.

Charming house at a good location with nice outdoor space.

We are 2 married couples from Oslo Norway at the age of approx. 60 that visited Andres’ home the week before Easter 2018. The house were perfect for us in all aspects equipped with everything you need. Everything was working well, including the fire place. The bathroom is actually better than seen on the pictures. In this house you feel like a native among the old style furniture and the general layout of the house. The atmosphere in the house makes you feel the urge to start speaking Spanish, even if you don’t master the language. The outside garden is perfect for having breakfast, other meals or just a drink, in total privacy with no insight from other neighbours. The ladies were quick to put on a bikini and enjoying the sun in the garden when the weather was warm enough. Andre and his team provides an excellent and speedy service, even booking a taxi for our return. This is a great house, in a great location

The house has everything one needs for a great holiday. The lemon tree is a great asset. The nearby beach is very good. It is possible to walk to and from Palma, but also the bus service is very good. The nearby supermarket seems to be always open. There is a good range of restaurants and bars very near too. The area is quiet. It is easy to feel like a local. Andres and his team take great care to ensure everything is perfect on arrival and if not, it is sorted out straight away.

Great house in great location with owners who care and do everything to make stay enjoyable

The house is ideally located close to the beach, bars, restaurants and local shops/supermarkets. It has been sensitively refurbished and is very well equipped. The courtyard space is fantastic and gets the sun most of the day and early evening. The owner, Andres, did everything to make the stay enjoyable and sorted out any problems or concerns. A great base for exploring the island, and within easy walking distance of Palma. Highly recommended. Anthony

Schönes Häuschen in Meernähe

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in dem Häuschen von Andres. Alles war wie abgebildet und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt war immer schnell hergestellt. Die Küchenausstattung war gut und sehr reichlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns der kleine Garten mit dem Zitronenbaum. Ein wenig gestört haben die nächtliche Müllabfuhr und Renovierungsarbeiten in umliegenden Häusern. Wer eine Unterkunft in El Molinar sucht, dem ist diese zu empfehlen.

Super maison très bien placée

Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes dont 2 enfants (3 et 6 ans). Emplacement idéal à 50 m de la mer, au calme, proche des commerces. Maison spacieuse, agréable avec cour privative au soleil pour déjeuner. Propriétaire avenant, prévenant et à l’écoute. Rien à redire.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison très, très agréable. Très grande, très propre et un patio magnifique. Nous y avons déjeuné tous les midis. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et avec lequel nous avons eu d'excellents rapports. Nous le remercions également pour les petits cadeaux d'arrivée. Les paiements se sont également bien passés et le propriétaire nous a avertis dès que les paiements étaient effectués. Quartier très agréable et calme. Nous reviendrons dès que nous le pourrons.

Lovely authentic house with a beautiful patio and a very friendly host.

We had a very pleasant stay in this house, situated in a quiet neighborhood, only one street away from the sea and the boulevard. The house was furnished in an authentic way, with comfort everywhere. The kitchen was very well equipped, so we could prepare a our own dinner and have a lovely evening on the patio, under the lemontree. There were plenty of towels and a very good shower in the bathroom. We could also check in early and use the bicycles that came with the house. We will certainly return to this place again!

Das Haus ist unglaublich schön, gut gepflegt und sauber. Garten besonders zu genießen. See ist 200 m entfernt, nächstes Strand etwa 800m. Mit dem Auto Zentrum Palmas 10min. Eigentümer hilfsbereit und höflich. Sehr zu empfehlen

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans une maison très agréable , le quartier est calme , à 50 m de la mer , du paseo maritime , tout près de Palma où on peut se rendre à pied ( belle ballade ) ligne de bus à 200 m environ et petits présents de bienvenus trés appréciés pour commencer le séjour . Underbart litet hus 152 steg från stranden

Fint typiskt mallorquinskt litet hus i det numer exklusiva portixol/Molinar ett stenkast från strandpromenaden, med en halvtimmes promenad till Katedralen. En charmig liten patio att inta frukosten i under ett blommade citronträd. Rent och snyggt. Mycket trevlig och förekommande värd. Rekommenderar varmt.

Perfektes Haus mit einer tollen Lage

Wir ( ein Ehepaar ) waren im März / April 2019 für 10 Tage Gäste von Andrés. Das Haus ist perfekt ( Einrichtung / komplette Küche / sehr sauber / es fehlt an nichts / sehr schöner Innenhof - Patio ), um dort mit einem Paar / Familie tollen Urlaub zu erleben. Das Meer / Fahrradweg ist nur ca. 100 m weit entfernt. Die Innenstadt von Palma ( Kathedrale ) kann man gut zu Fuss erreichen ( ca. 30 min. ) oder per Bus / Fahrrad. Einen Supermarkt ( Eroski ) und einige Restaurants sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Andrés ( ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber ) nochmal Danke für eine sehr schöne Zeit und wenn wir wieder nach El Molinar kommen, werden wir Dein Haus wieder buchen. Liebe Grüße Andrea & Ralf
