Long Beach Resort Tower 3 -yksikkö 1403 on 1 368 neliömetrin kattohuoneisto, jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja sijaitsee Tornissa 3. Molemmat makuuhuoneet ja olohuone ovat Persianlahden edessä lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla ikkunoilla ja pääsy valtavalle 270 neliömetrin parvekkeelle, jolta on näkymät rannalle ja vertaansa vailla oleviin auringonlaskuihin! Kaikki huoneet ovat tilavia, graniittitasoista keittiössä, uskomattomista holvikattoista olohuoneessa ja korotetusta lokerokatosta molemmissa makuuhuoneissa. Tärkeimmässä oleskelu-, ruokailu- ja keittiötilassa on myös lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat aina 22 metrin leveän avoimen asuintilan poikki! Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikella tarvitsemallasi, mukaan lukien Keurig Mini-kahvinkeitin, joten tuo K-kupit! Parvekkeelta on uskomattomat näkymät! Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, taulutelevisio ja oleskelualue sekä suuri vaatekaapin kävely. Master-kylpyhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus ja suuri puutarhatyyli kylpyamme / suihku. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta ja taulutelevisio. Vieraskylpyssä on kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus ja puutarhatyyli kylpyamme / suihku. Olohuoneessa on kuningatar-vuodesohva, joka sopii erinomaisesti lapsille, ja iso taulutelevisio.

Long Beach Resort on saanut pääsyn turvallisuuteen 24 tuntia vuorokaudessa, 7 päivää viikossa. Pysäköinti on suoraan rakennuksen edessä - ei kadun toisella puolella tai korkea-asteisessa tiukassa pysäköintihallissa! Long Beach tarjoaa myös runsaasti pysäköintitilaa vieraille. Siellä on kolme uima-allasta, kaksi polynesialaistyylistä uima-allasta, jotka on lämmitetty kausiluonteisesti, ja valtava 6800 neliömetrin Lagoon-allas, jossa on trooppisia saaria ja vesiputouksia. Jokaisessa uima-altaassa on oma poreallas. Nauti hampurilainen ja suosikki juoma Lagoon-allasbaarissa ja grillissä, Hangoutissa, joka on avoinna kausiluonteisesti. Long Beach sijaitsee kätevästi lähellä kaikkia upeita ravintola-aikoja, golfkenttiä, putt-puttia, lasten nähtävyyksiä. Älä huolestu jos unohdat jotain, Wal Mart on kadun varrella ja Pier Park on vain lyhyen, luonnonkaunis ajomatka Front Beach Roadilla !

Our week stay at your condo was wonderful. The condo was clean, well equipped and updated. Upon check-in we had a couple of minor issues but was taken care of immediately. The weather was great and the gulf was absolutely gorgeous. Having beach chair service was a plus. We would love to come back here again.

The condo itself was beautiful—spacious, clean, and with an amazing view. However, the stay was impacted by ongoing construction in the building (only one elevator working and common areas covered in plastic), the pool being unbearably cold despite warm weather, and security being slow to respond to noise complaints. We loved the unit itself, but these issues made the overall experience less enjoyable.

We love this unit

We stay at Long Beach every summer and it never disappoints. This year was no different, the room was beautiful and had everything we needed, even chip clips..lol!! The rental company was very prompt and organized and made everything so easy! We will be back!!

A lovely condo with nearly everything we needed, including cooking & eating utensils, etc. A Gorgeous View of the Gulf.Tastefully decorated. My family especially enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker/fan & light system in the bathrooms.

Pools were nice. Beach was close and not crowded. Condo needs more towels and kitchen towels. I bought some. Not enough lighting in bedrooms or living room and no light on the balcony. AC didnt cool the bedrooms. On the hottest days it just couldnt keep up. Won't be staying on the top floor again.again. We like it

Perfect Week

This condo was extremely clean with ample kitchen utensils. Nicely decorated and the view from the 14th floor is so nice. We have stayed in a Kim's Condos on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. We will be back for more soon....

Clean and nice condo

I stayed at this condo with my husband and our 4 kids ages 1-13. Perfect amount of space. The room was clean. I liked that this condo actually had items we needed unlike many other Long Beach spots we’ve stayed at. Normally we have to go right out and buy hand soap, dish soap, more toilet paper, paper towels, etc. This room has lots of upgrades like large tvs and fancy light switches the only thing I think it needs is a new mattress in the master.

Wonderful five days overall.

We love staying at Long Beach every year. This Penthouse was quite nice. Well appointed. But they need a new Refrigerator.It was inconvenient that the Fridge was broken. The bottom stayed cool BUT no Freezer.... so No freezer.... so No Ice.. They sent a repairman the second day but with no results. It has an excellent view. Id stay again but with a freezer next time..

Wonderful visit to PCB!

Thank you for a great stay. The condo was very nice and we had no issues whatsoever. Check in with door code was perfect. It does seem the place could use some TLC and updated decor. Florals were old school and it would be really nice to have a walk in shower so you didn’t have to step up into the big tub. My husband and I both almost fell. Also needs something in bottom of tub to avoid slipping. Other than that, the place was perfect for us and we all had a great time!!

Amazing Condo

This is by far the best condo I have stayed at in Panama City! Everything in the condo was as pictured or even better than pictured on the website. Amazing views of the ocean from the bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room!!! The balcony was very nicely furnished. Unlike other condos, liquid hand soap was included in the kitchen and both bathrooms. My kids and I really enjoyed staying in this unit and we did not want to leave. It was great waking up to the view of the ocean every morning. There is plenty of room and the closets are walk in with hangers provided (which most condos do not provide). The beds were very comfortable. I loved the decor!! The huge TV in the living room was great for watching movies! The only con I can think of is the water pressure in the 2nd bath shower was not too good. If you are looking for a great home away from home, this is definitely it! The pools were also nice. I highly recommend staying in this condo and plan on returning in the future!

Beginning the return to normalcy

I have stayed at Long Beach Resorts many times and Kim’s Condo’s group continue to provide great choices. This unit on the top floor was everything promised and exactly what was needed to start vacation s again!

Room was good. Property not so much.

Room was good. But the overall property not the best. Elevator did not work first day. Beach access gate, needs lots of improving. If you’re like me and short super hard to reach. If you’re coming up at night there’s light. Also not enough deck to open the gate. Very dark at the pools at night. Cockroaches everywhere. Overall I do not think we would stay again.
