There was no hot water in our bathroom. The toilet smelled and there were mysterious stains that made it hard to know how clean it was. It was generally very noisy. The beds looked clean enough, creaky, but the standard I would expect from a hostel.
Large gap beneath the door and probably quite thin walls make for bad soundproofing. You could hear everyone walking up and down the nearby staircase. There was also a trail of ants constantly traversing our corridor.
Generally rather shabby looking. Someone had stuck some rubbish in the space between the walk and the fitting for the railing.
The building looks run-down, tired, and in need of repairs.
The curtains don't quite cover the windows sometimes.

I refuse to check in after seeing the room . This Hostel/Apartment Has no Airconditioner and has not provided any Standing Fan in June hot weather . They Provided me 4th floor room for my family has no elevator/lift in the Building with wooden and uneven circular stairs anyone understand my situation, no support from rhe front desk manager . I booked for 3 days but I was try to check out same day but refused to refund my balance . I complained to expedia about my refund and emailed to the property manager but no updaes from them . I will not recommend this for families with kids . Goodluck .

I did not get for what i paid, (specifically a/c in the room, it was broke). Next day they granted us a new room and gave us a room with no a/c again. I demand a full refund of the reservation billed in my account for being cheated by the property owner/operator

Make sure double checking what you want.

Hotels.com should do better job to classify the hotels you put on the platform, it’s not a hotel, it’s like a old school dorms, the facilities are very old and there’s no elevator, only the pro is close to the metro station, the rating on Hotels.com is misleading.

Horrible, terrible, awful

This was the worst experience of my life, that i would regret and never forget. I missed to check reviews while booking as i was in hurry. Later on found but couldn't cancel as it was non refundable. If you combine all previous negative reviews then its correct picture. We got room at 6 15 while checkin time was 3 pm. Cleaning staff uses some pungent chemical for cleaning all surfaces. Same smell in washroom water. Washrooms are tiny and horrible. There are pratically no facilities at all. Shared kitchen is a false claim. Scary narrow stair case. 6 floors and no lift. The photos are entirely wrong. I have never experienced such wrong rating and photos at hotel.com before. There should be an action to ask the owner to provide correct photos and give correct rating. It should be 1.

El lugar no es para nada lo que se promociona en la pagina llegas y practicamente se burlan de ti porque saber que es un robo te communicate con ellos para que te hagan la devolucion de tu dinero y te dicen que no y expidia que fue quien lo vendio te dice que ellos no se hacen responsible realmente la peor experiencia que he vivid mal lugar mal hotel y limpieza ninguna para nada lo recomiendo de hecho seria mejor ni que lo promocionaran

The woman working the front desk in the mornings is very pleasant. However, the man working at night and overnight was very rude and unwelcoming. The rooms are also outdated and there was mold in the bathroom. You get what you pay for and I recommend just spending the extra money to stay in a better place.
