Lors de mon check-in, l'agent d'accueil aurait dû porter à ma connaissance, que l'établissement avait un problème de climatisation. Je pense que le problème était connu. Dans tous les cas, ma chambre n°215 n'était pas climatisée et j'ai passé une très mauvaise nuit avant de prendre l'avion le lendemain, malgré le ventilateur qui m'a été offert

Poor service

Room great, soundproof mostly, comfortable mattress. Restaurant - terrible food, poor quality. I had the pasta dish which was supposed to have a tomato and bell pepper sauce but there was hardly any sauce and it was really just plain pasta. The wakame was horrible and chewy. Service - at front desk was slow but at the restaurant was incredibly slow, booking system didn’t work and staff were just not able to provide service.

decent/highly functional for an airport hotel -- and especially convenient if going in or out of terminal 4 if you don't mind a 10-15 minute walk, partly on a motorized walk-way. Otherwise, need to take intra-terminal tram service too... which, in our experience, was not laid out very clearly (albeit a lot of construction going on and we had arrived on a late flight so all the info desks were closed)

Used a car to arrive at this property having been driven from CDG; the hotel has no frontage on a road so arrived, via GPS, at the back of the hotel close to a no mans piece of lane and the garbage cans. Staff pleasant but unconcerned. Food mediocre but ultimately a pleasant and convenient hotel for flight out of Orly the next day.
