Front desk clerk very pushy unaccommodating, and honestly rude. at exactly 11am he was calling my room to check out.i said if be leaving momentarily - he called again at 11:03 am I’ve stayed there multiple times throughout the years and it was the same gentleman who used to be difficult years ago. Hotel condition has declined over years.

We visited family in NJ in the way to Cleveland we stayed in this hotel,our plan was to leave early, on 6:10 my wife go in the breakfast area to pick yogurt and fruit The people in the front desk didn’t allowed her. They keeps saying wait to 6:30 for breakfast time , I found this very inconsiderate and not helpful from them

I must say, it was pretty clean! Lobby, small dining for breakfast cute and clean. Coffee running 24/7! Mopped several times a day, no dirt, no dust, very orderly. The room itself on 2nd floor was Clean! Nice! And I inspect everything! Bathoom big, modern. The staff friendly. They wont bend any rules though, but that states professionalism. I would come again!

Comfortable, clean, and pleasant staff

This is in not a fancy hotel but it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very close to Buddy Lake and we were took Walks around the pleasant streets behind the hotel. Alas, we didn't have time to locate the walking trails near the lake as I think they are not close enough to walk. I would stay here again.

I’d give negative stars if I could. What a terrible experience. The whole building smelled so gross, especially in the stairs and room. The free breakfast was all stale and expired and I overheard the manager being rude to someone that accidentally spilled coffee. It was a nice clean place to stay. However, the only complaint I had were the mattresses. They were not very firm and had trouble sleeping. Otherwise, if you like soft mattresses, absolutely stay there.
