Check in staff and check out staff outstanding, but having stayed in many other Mercure hotels, this has got to be the worst, breakfast disappointing, why bother have a list of fruits when you dont have anymore, asked for water melon and they said they ran out, first time I have eaten at any breakfast in any hotels and yours was the first to say you ran out of something, this is a 4 star hotel, come on Accor group, I paid alot of money to stay in this hotel, even the bathroom amenities was so basic, bathroom was small and room was small, water was cold in both pools, no chance letting my kid stay in the pool too long, I should have taken on what all the other reviewers say about the coldness of the swimming pool, I only picked this hotel because if the water park, but like I said water is way too cold at any time of the day, it is such a shame because out of all the Accor groups Mercure is normally my first choice but this stay has given me a sour taste, but staff are all amazing with a smile wherever I was in the hotel.

Dear Valued Guest Thank you for taking out time and sharing your feedback with us. I am sorry for the shortfall in breakfast service and your experience did not meet the expectations. Please accept my sincerest apologies and please rest assured that I have addressed the issue with concerned team to investigate and take measures for further improvements. Our rooms might not be the biggest in the category but are tastefully designed and furnished to maximize space; the utility and room amenities are set up as per international brand standards. Thailand is a tropical country and swimming pool water temperature is well maintained between 25 to 28 degree Celsius. Sometimes sudden weather change can drop the temperature and we are looking for other alternatives. Your review is very important for us and I am sure, you will have a better experience on your next visit. Thank you and we will look forward to see you soon.
