The 100m² vacation home is located in Petra, in the northeastern part of Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. The home consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a television, and a washing machine. The home is suitable for children and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request). Guests can relax on the balcony and sit outdoors in the furnished garden or cook on the grill, both private features. The home is located 1 to 2 minutes (1 to 2 km) from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping venues. The home is a 20 to 30 (20 to 30 km) drive from the sunny Playa del Moro and Alcudia beaches along Alcudia Bay. Visitors can also explore the island's natural beauty in the hiking areas of the Son Real and Peninsula de Llevant natural parks, just 25 minutes (25 km) by car from the home. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic 18-hole Pula Golf Course just a 28 minute (30 km) drive by car from the home. There are currently 61 cycling routes that wind through Petra's beautiful coastal and mountainous landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 39 minute (46 km) drive from the home.
