ROOST East Market is an excellent property. The apartment that I booked was a corner unit with amazing views. The unit was well-appointed in a modern, minimalist style with plenty of closets, a huge bathroom, a cool living room that featured those views and a nice bedroom. I was on the 6th floor so there is some street noise but it's relative to the time of day and worth it considering the views and location. The staff was friendly and very helpful! I would definitely stay at this property again.

When you look at the pictures of the property, it looks like it's beautifully decorated, and it is in the room was like extra bear no mirrors anywhere except the bathroom and like one piece of weird Art it was kind of plain I guess. I know the other room was like the laundry room guestroom with a creepy little cotton blanket it still could've been done well affordably. Also The incidentals were 250 even more than the room and I still haven't gotten them back.
