Our room was delightful, made up fresh each day. The staff was very friendly and greeted us each time we went in or out. We were visiting family 2 miles away and didn't have a chance to try the breakfast.

All perfect night sleep and room cleaning are doing very well. One thing is the TV. It won't work. However, I have my own laptop to do on TV instead.

The room was clean and well maintained, but front desk was abandoned when we arrived and it took more than 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone and then come check us in. She was also not able to book a second night for us without making us check out and then have to move rooms, despite the exact same room type showing as available for the next night on both the best western website and hotels.com. We ended up just choosing a room for the second night at another establishment since we would have to pack up check out and wait until check in anyway. This interaction made us not want to ever stay with best western again.

We did not partake in breakfast. There is a restaraunt onsite of which we ate and drank both nights for dinner. Staff was super friendly. We hiked the Flatiron and specifically stayed at this location for reasons of hottub, pool, and food. We were not disappointed!

The lobby and room were okay, but quite dated. The breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. I skipped it entirely my second day. I can put up with a lot if there is at least decent coffee. There was not. It was a weird, hard to use dispenser containing Folger's, a very poor brand.

Best Western has a courteous staff with a well maintained spotless grounds and a spotless room. Each room had their very own deck or sitting area outside with a table and chairs for each room. There is a lounge on the premises with reasonable prices for food and drinks.
