The staff was nice and helpful. It’s just the area it’s in. Lots of homeless people and bad stuff going on. People walking in and out of the hotel that aren’t staying there (staff reported). It just did not feel safe

Dirty & dated. Might be a rule but they asked for ID's mine and my wife's, everyone's ID's she wanted. ( We felt like in the airport) Had to confirm if children also and for them was not necessary, other person not checking us in answered. Any other hotel only my ID is ok.
