This was my third stay at Westgate Painted Mountain in Mesa Arizona and I'm planning another stay here in a couple of months. I absolutely love the place. The facility is beyond any expectations and the staff are incomparable. The manager, Esteban, reflects the great customer service that Westgate is known for as do all of his staff! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone traveling to the Mesa area

The room was clean and the bed comfy. The ceiling fan was extremely loud (bearing noise) and the TV cable service you use is horrible. No TV guide, more commercials than shows (really, I timed them). Heck, Live TV has better options and less comercials than the cable provider you use. As a "resort" I would of expected better.

There was a large plastic tote left right outside the door to my Villa that had a used trash bag sitting on top of it that was not tied or sealed properly and some of the trash from the bag was scattered around on top of the tote and on the ground right outside the door. It was really disgusting especially because the trash bag was clear and you could see everything that had been disposed of. There were also a couple of small towels laying there that looked to have been used as rags to clean something up. It was really gross. The sad part about it was I immediately went to the front desk and notified them of this disgusting mess right outside the door and the following day when leaving to check out , nothing had been touched, the whole gross disgusting mess was still sitting right out my door. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Everything was amazing!!!! Had the 1 bedroom villa. Staff was friendly in every situation. Room was spotless and had everything my 2 kids ams i needed plus... the grounds and amenities are awesome. Keeps kids and parents busy without having to go anywhere. I can't wait to go back and to stay at more of there properties!!! Thank you for an amazing experience.

The suite was nice and large. The property is clean and comfortable. They say they have a business center but they do not, they have a printer w low ink and a computer mounted into the wall in front of the front desk.
