Jetted tub did not work properly, it also ran out of hot water before it filled. Pillows horrible. Didn’t receive a check in packet. Were told there would packets to make coffee in the room but there was not. I called the front desk because we had no tv guide & was told it was on back of keycard, wasnt. Pool really great! Parking good. Grounds well kept, location great. Quiet. Price very reasonable for what we got

Not a fan.

I can’t say that this stay was very comfortable. The adjoining rooms have very thin walls and I was able to hear the family next-door and their baby screaming throughout my stay. My husband and I stayed here for three nights and never once saw a housekeeper. They market themselves as a golf resort…..There is nothing very resort like feeling about this place. The rooms are outdated I would not stay here again.

We’ve stayed at the Westgate Painted Mountain resort in Mesa, AZ for 6 consecutive years. We really enjoy our stay. The staff are amazing, always helpful and cheerful. The hot tub at the pool was not warm. This was the only area for improvement.

Great stay overall. Villas need updated badly. Still a very nice stay. Beds were comfortable. Staff were great albeit overworked and stretched thin. They deserve raises and huge thanks. They are the shining star of this stay. Parking was a huge pain. Worth the price we paid and would happily stay again.

My 7th year staying at PMR. Have watched it go downhill the past several stays. This year stayed in a building that was renovated a few years ago. Bathroom cabinet coming apart. Bathroom sink stopper stuck in closed position. Shower door bar hanging by a thread. Water comes out of shower as a trickle. Black film covers floor of entire Villa. Soles of feet, shoes, and bath towel turned black. Confronted by a gentleman about smoking policy who I assumed was Security. Never introduced himself nor did he wear an ID badge. Very rude and unprofessional. Was informed by another employee that he was Security. My last stay at Westgate's Painted Mountain Resort unless major changes are made. SAD

Fine for the price

Nice hotel.. pool very busy.. paper thin walls (our neighbors and us were watching “Friends” at the same time and we muted our tv and could still hear every word. You can hear every time your neighbor coughs.) Nice grounds… good location.
