My partner and I originally booked Avista Hideaway for just 4 nights and 5 days, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay to a full month. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Usha, who gave us a lovely tour and even arranged an early check-in. She was so kind and welcoming throughout our entire stay.The front desk team were always helpful and attentive, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The resort’s landscape is stunning—lush greenery surrounds the property, offering serene views of the ocean and a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel far removed from the hustle and bustle of Patong, even though it's conveniently nearby. The complimentary shuttle service made it easy to enjoy both tranquility and the vibrant energy of the town. Breakfast was always a delight, with kind and attentive service each morning, greeted with warm and friendly smiles.We also appreciated the spacious, clean, and well-equipped gym, which was a great bonus for longer stays. Another highlight was having two renowned Phuket restaurants—Sizzle and Tambu—right on-site. We had some truly memorable meals without ever needing to leave the resort. Avista Hideaway was the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re already looking forward to returning!

Everything was Amazing!! the place looks way better in person than in pictures. Although as we checked in our minibar was not clean (open things in the fridge) and the bathroom tub had hairs, which let us think the room was not finish cleaning, we reported to the front desk and there were calm about it. but overall the service, restaurants and else was great!

Overall poor service, the room itself had potential but wasn’t fully clean and was a bit dated (for example the shower flooded) the pool had dirty towels everywhere and the buggies never came when we ordered them front desk never answered the phone - good breakfast spread though

This is a beautiful hotel to stay at if you are going to enjoy all the amenities that it offers. We absolutely loved out stay here but we went to patong a lot and island hopping so we did not spend much time at the hotel. If you are planning to relax and stay at the hotel in a quiet area, I would recommend staying here

Staff are friendly and there are two pools that my kids can access! So far we enjoyed the resort and will recommend this resort to our friends! My kids also attended the kid club, although the club is slightly small but the staff are super friendly too!

Although I loved my stay at the Avista hideaway I disliked the fact that the hotel did not offer an option for a late checkout. My flight was not until 11pm and checkout was a noon. Upon asking the front desk to at least stay until 5 or 6pm they told me they were going to be at full capacity and then said I could pay 1000 Baht per hour to keep my room. So basically they had the space if I paid but didn’t if we did not pay?…it was very disappointing to experience this at the end of a good stay.
