I was very, very upset by the fact that I paid for "ALL INCLUSIVE " and the hotel charges additional costs for room service and breakfast. The Marriott at Merlin Beach is one of the most expensive resorts in Phuket and there is no need for these additional charges. I will never stay at a Marriott property again nor will I recommend Marriott to any of my family or friends. Thank you for this opportunity to make you aware of my feelings about my stay. The only issue I had is the resort charged me over $5000 accomodation when I already paid via Expedia. It’s been a month since getting back home and I’m still trying to recover to remaining amount. They did credit me most of it but I’m still chasing over 300aud which is crazy when I did nothing wrong Disgraceful service from such a large corporation
