Booked a sea view room 6+ months early, but was provided a room with a partial sea view from the balcony. Breakfast is an international spread but bland, and poor service. Room corridors footh paths are stained and dirty. The room was clean, sanitised and well-maintained. The hotel offers a range of activities for all ages. Clean private beach.

We loved everything about this property, from the amenties to the food. It is a huge complex with three pools, and 5 restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly and the facility is beautiful. The beach is nice, but the time we went it was rough so we did not swim in it. Instead, we got to explore the reef during low tide and see the fish and other marine life. There is a free shuttle to Patong which makes it very convienent. We can't wait to go back again one day!

Overall we had a great time at this hotel. We booked it with an all inclusive package. The pools are spectacular and span the entire property. Great service from staff. The one thing we were a bit surprised by was that the beach in the hotel is a reef so unless snorkelling not really an area to stay and float in the ocean. Other oceans nearby however they are not associated with the all inclusive package so if you leave you lose your benefits. Rooms are very nice but walls are very thing so can hear cars passing/chatting in hallways.

This place cannot be faulted! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, they always have a smile and they create a clean and positive environment. The breakfast food has a variety of options and it was very spacious. The pillows were fluffy and created the best sleeps. This place is truly paradise! Amazing beach too!

Nice spot regarding scenery and comfortable facilities. Quite remote from airport, however. This family-oriented resort means that noise levels in restaurants are high. Very kind and accommodating staff.

Beautiful private beach Nice that it is out of Patong Beach - but only a short bus trip away Our room was large with a balcony overlooking one of the pools and a glimpse through to the beach. There is plenty of options for dining and the breakfast buffet is amazing - loads of options

Amazing resort, perfect holiday.

Everything about this resort was just excellent. Service, food variety, pools, activities, cleanliness, layout, beach, location. We had a large family reunion here and it had everything for all age groups, and families / couples. One of our best holidays. Thank you and we will be back!
