The hotel is good. There aren't many restaurants in the area, but you aren't in the middle of the tourists. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel has spacious pleasant rooms. The staff gives very good service. The breakfast restaurant offers pleasant atmosphere and good choices of breakfast options. The property is located about 2,5km from the city center, walking is hardly an option, one relies on Ubers for commuting.

Happy to have done it

The Crowne Plaza is a beautiful hotel with very professional, pleasant and friendly staff. For Easter I went out with and when I returned, the staff left in my room a baked Uma Felix Passos Happy Easter Pastry. This was a very good surprise to me. If I am ever this part of the country, I will lodge in this hotel. I have a pleasant memory.

The hotel premises, layout and restaurant are very classy and well designed. Room was very clean. The staff were really welcoming and attentive ready to help with a nice positive attitude. In the dining room, break fast was of high quality and great variety with lovely host and waitresses. Two names that come to mind for thir excellent service are Sara and Berenice. We had a short 3 night stay but was very happy with the staff. We were out most of the day so we hardly used the room or amenities. Only comment is we had to ask for slippers as it was not in the room when we checked in. But that is a minor issue. Breakfast was very good with a lot of offerings
