Really nice aparthotel in Porto old town. Its an old apartment building converted into tourist apartments. The locals must love that. Apartment was spacious and quiet. A little creaky in spots - toilet ran, bidet hose leaked, sheets couldve been cleaner. Also while kitchen is nice they dont supply anything like coffee pods. Washer is a nice touch. Overall recommend.

Comfortable apartment in great location

A roomy, clean and comfortable apartment for our group of 6. The apartment had everything we needed and was well located. Communication with the owner was very good. We enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay in Spot Apartments was an amazing experience!! The management, their effort to accomodate requests and efficiency are second to none. Beatriz, who took care of us is a great professional and helpful person. The building is very well located and my family, with 2 kids, enjoyed a lot the stay. I highly recommend this property in Porto.

Cozy 2 room apartment

The apartment was clean and cozy. The minor drawback was the use of two small beds side-by-side in the main bedroom (my wife fell to the floor when beds shifted). Otherwise, it was very nice and suited or needs perfectly.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and fit my family of 6. The hosts left a map of Porto and highlighted points of interest for us. The apartment is in a great location where every tourist attraction is in walking distance!!

Nice and clean but with construction below

This was a very nice apartment. It is in a residential building so there is not front desk or local service. However the staff was responsive by text or phone. The apartment was clean and has a great patio. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well equiped. The only issues we had were ants (which may be unavoidable in Porto, I'm not sure) and construction that was happening in the storefront below the apartment. At 8am the first morning they started hammer drilling in the ceiling below (into the floor below our heads). It sounded like there was a jackhammer inside the bedroom. Ear shattering and completely unbearable. Not to mention it was our one morning to sleep in a little after jet lagged travel. The managers were unaware that there was going to be construction happening. After a few hours they stopped drilling in the ceiling and after the noise wasn't so bad. Otherwise the apartment was quiet. We didn't hear any neighbors or other noise, so I wouldn't worry about there being noise in the future. Overall, I would stay here again.
