This stay was awful , in Expedia that stated that there is elevator, but really my appartment was on 4th floor, no elevator and spiral staircase, I called them , no answer, I message them and they answer to me in the evening , couples hours before my flight . Reception was fifteen minutes walking from appartment and the address , which stated in Expedia description is not correct , they give me different address, thanks to Uber driver , who transfer me, my husband and my two large baggage to new address, when I asked the reception about misunderstanding with addresses, the answer was , it’s not a problem , it’s not far away, really it was 10 minutes distance from one to another, I checked it myself. So I think they just lie to guests and they do not have the right of 4 stars. Do not recommended

We told to check in at a different location than the room only to be given a piece of paper with room access code which could have been done through email. Wi-Fi don’t work most of time. TV not working properly. Lots of security cameras on the staircases, and we have a feeling that some hidden cameras in the house. No hand washing, soaps or paper towel. Overall overpriced. Very bad experience.

Checking in was night mare. Didn’t know how to get the key. You pay deposit ahead of time 2 days before check in and after that they know where to be found. No full size mirror. You can’t get in the shower at all.

Nice Stay with 10m walk to parking and check in

Can be a bit noisy as cargo are unloaded at 6am. If you drive prepare to pay 700 per day at parking lot at padalium. The place is very big and spacious. Will stay again.

Great size and location for a family vacation. Kitchen and washing facilities were great for traveling with kids. Trade off for location is that there is a lot of street noise on weekends (especially early morning)

Great location - walk everywhere

We loved this apartment which is 1/2 block from Charles Bridge. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen is basic but perfect for preparing breakfasts/sandwiches - coffee machine, toaster and microwave. We did not cook a meal. Excellent heating and hot water. Note no overhead shower - hand held in a bath. Apto is not serviced but we stayed 5 days so they cleaned it once and changed towels. Location is great - walk everywhere. Price is very good.

The property was spacious and lovely and warm. It had lots of amenities. Unfortunately obtaining the key was a hassle the office wasnt the friendliest. We would stay here again and now we know the process it would be better but to simplify it would be appreciated

Property was very nice for the price just look out for the 5000 deposit you have to give before you get the keys also you won’t be getting it back. Wasn’t aloud to talk past 10pm just enjoy that. Apart from that location was brilliant

Not what they make it out to be!!!!!

Horrible! We had to walk 10 minutes to our apartment after checking in to the “reception”. I booked this on Hotels.com and had no idea! Then I had to pay a deposit of $100 CASH, I was told that I was lucky as it was usually $200. This was not listed anywhere when I booked. The apartment was not very clean we wore socks or shoes the entire time inside, floors were gross and dirty. We had 1 roll of toilet tissue for a group of 3, for a 3 night stay. Seriously. Half the lights had bulbs that were burnt out and the entire apt. Smelled of smoke include the bedding and towels. No soap or shampoo and 1 towel per person no extra hand towels. I stayed in a hostel last week in Havana that was not as nice as this but I knew going in what I was getting and was 100% pleased. Very disappointed that was made out to be a 3 star apartment when it was less than that.

Property was fine and good price but management company gave me a different property which was in much worse building and area because the original property was not cleaned yet. On top of that the door key was broken. So it took all the way to 4pm to get back the original property I booked. I felt like the management company gave me the"Switcharoo" for their convenience. Not good.

Bed bugs! Impossible to sleep becauase of the many bed bugs. We had to insist on having another apartment. We did get another clean apartment, but two nights were terrible

My husband and I stayed here with our 5 month old baby. The location was absolutely perfect! Right in the heart of the city! Did not find the location to be too noisy. The apartment was very nice and clean. The beds were comfy and the check in process was easy. We did have a walk about 0.5mile to the office to check in so it was kind of a pain to lug our luggage and a baby around but it was doable.

LOST RESERVATION

We went to Charles Bridge to only find out we had to go to another location walking in the rain not knowing where we were going . We get there and they don't have our reservations. Says it was lost. After an hour of pure frustration, they could not find us another location. Would not up grade. We had to book another room on our own. You just can't say I am sorry we lost your reservation. Another one should have been made immediately regardless of their extra cost for upgrade.

Be careful about your apartment!

When I checked at 11:30 p.m they told me your apartment is occupied they gave me another one! I had no choice and I had to accept. I booked the premium one but gave me not the same and location was different.that was not fair because of non refundable rate
