The woman at the front desk was kind and friendly. I was surprised when I came in to explain that my smoke detector battery was beeping, and she completely expected me to replace it myself. (She provided the battery) but I was honestly shocked that for $140 a night there wouldn’t be someone on staff to replace a battery. I had to stand on an unstable, dirty chair to replace it. The bathroom door had questionable stains in it, and the desk chair was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were clean which I appreciated. And again, the woman at the front desk was kind, I was just shocked at her not explaining that maybe there wasn’t anyone there to switch the battery. She just assumed I’d do it. If I was elderly that would have been a major problem.

Needs TLC

Hotel is clearly becoming dated and could benefit from better upkeep and repairs, especially regarding bathroom. No cold water readily available at breakfast, nor access to bathrooms (we'd already checked out). Homeless person entered the breakfast lobby and began interacting with my young kids and me intrusively. Hotel staff was outside gossiping instead of tending to guests. Felt unsafe.

This place was terrible. We got to the property in the early morning hours 2-3am and it took them FOREVER to get us checked in. The guy at the desk didn’t know what he was doing and we were tired from driving all day. Terrible customer service. The room was a non smoking room but smelled awful and one of the beds had stains on the bedding. Won’t stay here again.
