Quick check in, Amber was friendly, informative and accommodating, would be sure to keep her around! The tub is clean but very old and really would be nice to have it replaces, otherwise overall it's a good basic room with what one needs for a one night stay. It is a little bit more noisy than I like, but that's why I sleep with earplugs!

There were roaches crawling ip the walls at night. It was extremely dirty and the cleaning staff was smoking cigarettes while they cleaned the rooms.

Very friendly person checked us in. Big, clean room with most of the accessories (big tv, fridge, microwave). Just missing a hair dryer. Minor issues: A slow drip on the bathtub faucet. (I'm a conservationist). Bathroom exhaust fan a bit noisy. Might want to replace it. Glad to see most lighting was led.

Was very concerned due to black mold, fithly rooms, couldnt wear white socks in rooms as floor blacken socks within a few minutes of walking around the room. Had to purchase a broom & mop to make sure we had a clean room. Disgraceful. Had to change rooms multiple times as each room had its own set of problems... first room had a very foul odor of pinesol, garlic & horrible body odor, 2nd room had black mold in bathroom that covered 75% of ceiling, bathtub was the filthiest ive ever seen in a motel. Rooms 3,4 & 5 all had black mold in ceilings tiles & tubs degreeing amount of mold & mildew in bathrooms, 6th room had water damage on ceiling tiles but bathroom tiles had mold & mildew in tub, showering at your own health risk. None of the rooms were clean to even a good industry standard. Sorely lacking hygienic skills in staff. First night there someone tried to enter our room 2x, they tried several doors, i was scared. Luckily my dog growled & barked at the person trying the doors the left right away. Was really disappointed was we had stayed there several yrs prior and we loved the rooms for how clean & tidy the place was. It was good value previous. Paying near $200 for 3 night at National 9 was a rip off. Highly dont recommend anyone to stay there if you value your health. Upside the staff were wonderful, kind & helpful. Breakfast was decent with a nice assortment of items to eat.
