The private pool was extremely cold upon first entry and a lot of the cable tv stations had no sound. Our butler Antonio was excellent. We booked a romantic dinner on the beach and the main course of steak and lobster was terrible. Otherwise we had a great time. We would definitely go back

The staff, in general, was very friendly. The servers were not very attentive. There were times when we almost finished out first plate before someone came to take our drink order. I don't know if it was the language barrier, but i had 2 issues in my room, that I reported to multiple people, and they were never resolved. Oh, I also go a case of food poisoning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Family Vacation Ever at Royalton Punta Cana My family of nine just returned from Royalton Punta Cana, and it was truly the best vacation we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The first thing we noticed was how incredibly clean the entire resort was. I have never seen a place so well maintained. There were staff members cleaning at every moment of the day. It honestly looked like hundreds of people were constantly working to keep the property spotless. They paid attention to every detail, from sweeping paths to polishing railings, and we even saw workers swimming in the pools cleaning the bottom. Every inch of the resort was pristine and beautifully cared for, which made our stay feel so comfortable and luxurious. At check in, Wanda and Edwin in the Diamond Club lounge were so kind and welcoming. They made the process easy and enjoyable. Our butler Johnny was absolutely amazing. He made all of our dinner reservations, answered every question right away, and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. He was so attentive and truly made our trip unforgettable. The fitness team was also outstanding. Every morning there were classes like yoga and Pilates at 8 a.m., along with fun pool activities such as Aqua Fit that our whole family loved. Alexander, one of the instructors, was so positive and motivating. The food and service was amazing at every restaurant and the buffet was phenomenal.

My butler Manuel was great. Traveled with a large group of people & the staff was very accommodating with dinner reservations for the 20+ people. Pools & beach was great. Hotel entertainment staff was wonderful. We participated in aqua aerobics, karaoke, salsa lessons, yoga, foam party & white party.
House keeping was great. Cleaned room daily.

We had a great time at the Royalton Punta Cana. The pools were great, drinks were great, food was not bad, casino was fun, but best of all was our concierge Jeifry who made our experience amazing. Anything we needed, he was there to help. He picked us up on the other side of the resort, he helped us with all our luggage, scheduling dinners and activities, called us taxis, and even helped us order authentic dominican food from a nearby restaurant. He truly made our experience memorable and was so much fun to talk to. Whatever they’re paying, pay him more! Thank you for an awesome time.

The royalton is a beautiful property with plenty of restaurants and bars. It was hard to reserve dining at some of the restaurants, but the buffet was always available.

Stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. Check in process was pretty simple and efficient. Had a little trouble with our desired choice of room but our Guest Relations Representative Juan De La Rosa was amazing from beginning to end. He always checked in on us and made sure our reservations were taken care of. The property has a lot of maintenance going on, so while that's great for future guests, it wasn't the best sight for our stay. However, once getting past the construction stage, the grounds are well kept and seem nice. Rooms have modern furniture for the most part but definitely need to be updated with fresh paint, lots of chipping and scratches all over, doesn't make or break the experience though. Pool was great and bartenders were extremely friendly. Ramon, Antonio, Westlein, Anthony were on top of their game. Service in the buffet was atrocious, could never find someone to fill water or soda or get an alcoholic beverage. Plates were constantly piling up with nobody bussing the tables. Service in the steakhouse and Italian were superb A+ on that. Also the best food on property hands down. Sports Bar was impossible to get served and property was consistently out of food such as lettuce for salads. The baristas in the cafe are amazing and super friendly. Thankfully there wasn't too many people roaming the pool and beach areas trying to sell you on things. Overall good price for the vacation, definitely areas to improve. Would recommend though.
