Room was immaculate, lots of complimentary toiletries, lovely fluffy towels including huge bath sheets; both beds had 4 pillows and nice light duvet for time of year; good supply of multiple blends of tea and coffee; plenty wardrobe and drawer space; ate at restaurant last night, meal very nice and reasonably priced. Due to mobility issues, on booking l asked for a ground floor room with a walk in shower and this request was fulfilled. Thank you for a wonderful stay during our visit to Queenstown, New Zealand.

Room was ok but could have been better. Good location, service was excellent, especially Jake from Concierge, who did an outstanding job by providing alternative option for us to visit Milford sound when no one was able to do it. Breakfast was excellent and the location was very convenient.

The Novotel was a nice hotel. Friendly staff. It suited our needs. It was walking distance to the lake and shopping. We felt safe walking out at night. The room was clean and had a small walkout balcony. Would definiteky stay there again.

Check-in was easy enough, even though I had checked in on-line but when I got to hotel, their system was facing issues so I ended up checking in in person. Also there were issues with the system because the keys didn’t work after the first time so I had to get them to fix it twice. The room was good, quiet, bed comfortable. Generally the hotel was good but looking a bit tired in parts. The location was perfect for walking to the lake and shops and restaurants. On-site parking was expensive so we had to find somewhere a bit further from the hotel. All in all it was a very good place to stay in lovely Queenstown.

We had a room facing the street entrance. It was very noisy in the night with late night revelers and garbage trucks. If you stay here, ask to not have a room facing the street. Also, at checkout, they asked for more money, stating that they had not charged us enough.
