The hotel could have been nice had it been cleaned and taken care of a little better. After a long day of travel we needed to shower when we first checked in. The room appeared to be nice at first, until we noticed the floor was covered in all sort of black fuzz, so we had to wear sandals at all times. The shower had hair from previous guest stuck to the floor, walls, and body wash dispenser. We decided to go down to the pool the next day which was filthy. My boyfriend skimmed the pool so ourselves and other guest who were out there could use it. He spoke to the front desk about it and they offered him an extra coffee at breakfast if he wanted (coffee that was already free). We also reported the cleanliness or rather lack of, of our room to the front desk. Then I find after check out I was charged a fee of $75 for smoking and we are not even smokers! So basically we clean their pool, make a complaint about our room being dirty and in return they charge me $75 for smoking and we absolutely do not smoke! Great customer service.

Home away from home!

Enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. Staff was friendly and checked on us throughout our stay. Room was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious on both days. Checking in and out was a breeze. When in Cary for a stay, thinking this wil be our go to place!

This hotel was perfect for our family to stay overnight on a trip to visit NC State. The check-in was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel was extremely quiet and breakfast was delicious with more options than most hotels. I would stay here again.
