Not worth spending so much money for very very basic room. No lotion, conditioner, AC, fan, laundry bag, etc no phone in the room to call front desk !!! Very primitive. Have not yet eaten breakfast but not hoping it will be any good. Sorry but hotel needs some amenities quick and fast.

201 Hotel is an OK property. Do to it's location it really needs a dining room for dinner. Yes it is close to a mall, with US restaurants, however the directions I was given to walk were not clear, I ended up taking a taxi. Not a good location for me.

This hotel was modern and lovely. Staff was helpful. The room was spacious, but did not have a mini refrigerator as many other places had. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Easy check-in and out.

It was a very nice area I would probably like to see a little bit more the options in that area or maybe more snacks in the lobby your staff was awesome We enjoyed everyone that we met there they were very very helpful

Barbara at the front desk was outstanding! She took care of everything we requested with great efficiency. Our flight was early, and when we checked out at 6:30 a.m., the attendant on duty had five ‘to-go’ breakfast bags ready for us. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I didn't find anything unique about the property. What I did find was a front desk staff that were extremely friendly and helpful. Barbara helped me with things several times during my stay without hesitation! She also gave great advice on where to eat that was within walking distance.

Final day in Iceland

Overnight stay on the way home from Iceland. Room was clean comfortable. The young lady at the deck was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very nice.

At first we got assigned to a room, that we did not like. It was in poor repair. After complaining, we were assinged to an other room that suited our needs

Dissatisfied with our room as it was lacking cleanliness. Floors were gritty with dirt, sheets on bed were stained so I went to the front desk and asked for a set of clean sheets which they did provide to me quickly but didn’t offer to send housekeeping, coffee stains spattered on the wall, desperately needed painting as walls were marked everywhere with scratches and window sills were dirty and clearly evident with dirt. Bathroom was clean, towels were clean. Disappointed for the price we paid.

The staff did an excellent job informing us of tourist tips. Breakfast was good. Our only issue was that we couldn't figure our how to lower our room temperature.
