Very helpful and friendly staff. Quick check in. Breakfast was decent with variety but if needing to check out before 7am, they offer croissants and coffee as dining not open yet. A nice gesture but when you're payment ng for breakfast included it feels a bit cheap.

The location is great, a few minutes walk from Munch museum and Opera House. First time travellers to Oslo, there are two easy and convenient exit from central station to go to the hotel: 1) exit Bjorvika 2) Track 4 - there's a lift on the track to go up to a bridge and the hotel is just on the South side of the bridge.

Loved this hotel even though it’s not directly in the city centre, however, it is along the shopping strip with lots of food options and close to the church and the sun maiden. The famous hot dog stand is 17 minutes walk away. Breakfast was great, staff is hospitable. Grocery store 5 min walking distance away. Not the quietest since there are pubs close by, but as long as it’s not the holiday long weekend, it should be fine.

A few days in the captial

Perfect location - right at the beginning of the shopping street - close to stores and restaurants. Room was nice and had all the basic amenities. My issue was with the front desk staff - when we checked in they waere not very helpful and had an attitude that was unacceptable . We came by car and they were exptemely unhelpful with explaining where to park - hotel lot was full. Hotel is fairly large but the parking lot had space for about 10 cars..... Having said all this, i have stayed in several hotels in Reykjavik and this one is a good value during the high season.

Great marks across the board!

Room was very clean and quiet. Location was excellent and we found the staff to be very accommodating for our early check-in. We only had breakfast there and it was excellent.

Definitely take everything out of your car. The private parking lot behind the hotel was great. The shops down the street are great for walking to and great restaurants nearby and kaffee! The staff was fabulous! Especially Jose! I would stay here again.
