The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were cute and cozy with private bathrooms and good heating. The breakfast was nice to have, especially in an expensive city that opens late. The 24 hour access to coffee tea and hot chocolate in the lobby was really comforting to have, especially with jetlag and being awake at odd hours. The location and the hotel felt safe. The only potential downside is that the hotel is on a main street so people walking by constantly are noisy but that didn't bother me.
Really cute room amd cozy. Blackout curtains were a welcome touch.

Great location - very close to Bus Stop #8 which is a common pickup/drop location for most tour operators as well as walking distance to shopping district and other spots. Decent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Lobby area and breakfast is very good. Location excellent. I selected a single room as I was traveling solo and the room was very small and dark on the lowest level of the hotel. I would not have selected this room had I known this situation. Next time I would select a double room. Just an FYI. I was so busy seeing the sites I didn’t spend much time there so it was not a problem. Overall I would recommend this hotel

Good hotel in a great spot by the famous church

Very good. Spent 4 nights. The hotel happily relocated us to a double room from a twin with views of the church. Breakfast had variety and set us up for our trips. The room was snug and clean. The reception staff were helpful and kind.
