The good:
-pretty resort grounds
-GREAT staff
-good selection of drinks
-elegant rooms
-comfy bed
-great location and the beach view is breathtaking
-food exceeded our expectations
Heads up:
-I am blonde and my hair turned green in the pool. (This has happened my whole life in private pools, never public pools and I worked at several for 5 years. Came out with a special shampoo, good to go. Hotel may want to check chlorine and PH levels more frequently and make sure theyâre hitting targets.)
-this is a boutique all inclusive. Food isnât available after 9, which is a little early. We had snacks in our room for evening and would grab popcorn from the snack stand in the afternoon to save!
-you might have to walk to the front desk to request extra linens, hair dryer etc. the staff is great, but this isnât a chain Dreams resort and you donât have a tablet to request items. That was MORE than fine with us, the staff was probably the best all resort staff weâve ever had!!
