This is a nice little hotel. I only had 1 minor issue and the owner contacted me immediately. He was very kind and resolved it. My room was clean, has a mini fridge and the area is quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

I thought the affiliation with Best Western would make this hotel okay. However arrived before 10 and there was no attendant. Luckily I managed the check in process only to be very disappointed with our room. I went to use the restroom and a pregnant type spider was in the toilet paper roll. Then I pulled back my bed covers to find a stain on the top sheet. The next three layers down to the mattress was a large stain as of no one changed the sheets. The mattress pad didn't protect the mattress either. I was told I'd get a refund. I do not see it on my account and it's been over a week.

This is a motel with very little service provided. It is not a hotel. When I arrive at 8pm, the “so called” “office” is locked. I was instructed to pick up the room key from a locker but it was the wrong key. I called the phone and get the key from another locker box. I got a handicap room although I booked a regular one.
