Walkway on level 2

It was very nice hotel and very close to the airport. You must know that the walkway to the hotel starts on level two of the airport. It is the same walkway used for rental cars. Follow the Hilton or Hotel sign. You can get there in about 10 minutes even with luggage without much problem. Part of the way has moving walkways.

Give us a better last night in Rome please!

this hotel needs an update badly. The rooms look like they are from the 1980s; at least there is no carpet, and the rooms were clean. My room (3 beds which was all that was left) looked like a convent! Also be aware check in is slow and painful-almost 30+ minutes. the only upside is the bar, where you can have drinks to forget you are leaving Rome and staying at this subpar hotel

All facilities were excellent except the availability of Airport Shttle. We were told that it would be available 24x7 but when we. And down with luggage at 4 am for an early morning flight, the driver of the shuttle was unavailable. We had to walk back to the airport!

Great location within walking distance of the terminals. Very busy hotel so the dining room has a few challenges serving so many people. But fine dining at an airport hotel is a pretty rare thing so take the convenience of the location every time.

We had no hot water in our room!!!! I called to ask what could be done to remedy this situation and was told to run the water in both the shower and sink for 10 MINUTES and if the water didn't get warm/hot we could change rooms. Since the water never warmed up and it was very inconvenient to change rooms for our 1 night stay, we accepted our predicament and took a cold shower before we left our room at 3AM to catch an early flight.

Check-in took longer than usual. When we arrived at the front deck, there was a long line due to the arrival of several flights at the same time, and only two employees were serving customers. However, when we checked in, the person was very friendly and diligent.

Very convenient

Very convenient location. We stayed here the night before an early flight. Clean room, comfortable bed. The walls are very thin and the hallways can be noisy. Most of the staff was very friendly, but there was a very rude staff member at the check in desk.
