The hotel is generally good, with comfortable rooms. However, the booking information is misleading. It states: “1 free SPA service for two per stay”, which gives the impression of free access to the SPA facilities. In reality, it turned out to be one small mud treatment package to be shared between two people. Actual SPA access costs an additional €58 per person, and breakfast is also not included and costs €28 per person. I believe the booking description should be clearer and more transparent.

If you’re looking to relax before you fly out after a long stay in Italy, this is the place to stay and recover before a long flight. I would recommend at least 2 nights to take advantage of their thermal pools and beautiful gardens. Enjoy

Amazing resort with beautiful spas. Staff were great. Room was beautiful and totally spotless. There were a couple miscommunications though. We made reservations at the hotel restaurant for 8pm and got a call from the front desk around 745 telling us we had reservations at 730 and that they were fully booked from 8-9 and to come down asap, but there was only a couple other people in the restaurant when we got there, so not sure what that was about. We also booked the airport shuttle via email before arrival (as their directions state to do), but it seems like no one had any record of that. Luckily another couple was going to the airport at the exact same time, otherwise I think we might have been out of luck. I have all the email copies of these reservations, but something got lost in communication. Overall though it's a fantastic resort, beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful spas and great way to spend the night before a flight!

The property is very nice but at this level , they should offer better alternatives for departures early to the airport like a continental breakfast since you paid for a full breakfast anyway , and the right price for transportation . The only person available at time of check out was not pleasant and helpless . Not a bar or alternative dining for afternoon hours . Everything is after 6pm .Spa facilites beautiful but this os it .

while the setting was lovely, the rooms had steps down to the bed without a railing. Same for in the shower. The goodie bag was clever. Breakfast set out at 5am was definitely lacking even though the room included breakfast. I feel the hotel is just set up for spa treatments, not short term guests.
