Lovely hotel in an amazing area

Lovely place, all the main sights are within walking distance. Lots of amazing restaurants, can highly recommend this area. The hotel is more like an apartment with the desk manned 9-6pm all staff lovely and very helpful. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Taxi rank just opposite and lovely small bar/restaurant next door. We would book again.

Very well located property in walking distance to Piazza Navone, Fontana Di Trevi, Pantheon Castel Saint’Angelo, Vaticano, and many other historic churches and buildings.. Many good restaurants, coffee bars, gelato shops and general retail outlets in the surrounding alleys and streets.. We enjoyed our time at this location and happy with the very comfortable room we were given.. Overall a great experience

Our toilet was broken from the start of our stay until the end. We informed hotel staff repeatedly but they did not fix it nor did they provide a viable alternative option for us. The owner of the hotel was incredibly mean and hostile on the phone and told my husband it was his fault for ‘flushing it wrong’. We were flushing it normally. Later we were told by other hotel staff that the toilet was actually broken and the owner knew this. Go elsewhere for your stay in Rome!

Our stay was amazing, the room was very spacious and clean. It was in a great location for exploring the city, we walked most places. There were plenty of food options right downstairs as well and a taxi stand right out front which was convenient when we were going a bit further. The staff was so nice, we received a free bottle of champagne upon check in and also free coffee and water throughout our stay. Overall it was the perfect spot for our honeymoon and we’d definitely stay again during our next visit to Rome.

This hotel was right across the street from the taxi stand which is so convenient. The one night we were there, residents had a sports rally in the piazza at night which our window was directly facing which you might find frustrating at night when you’re trying to sleep but we were up late anyway. I might not have remembered this when I first booked, but this is more like a bed/breakfast place situated in a building with other residences/offices/hotels. The staff was super helpful and kind. I would recommend staying here for a quick stay, we really enjoyed it.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful with their recommendations and advice, and the place felt so clean and upscale. Definitely stay here if you want to be central but don’t want to break the bank.

We recently stayed at Hotel Relais Rione Ponte for 3 nights to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Located quite literally just around the corner from the beautiful Piazza Navona, it’s a 5 minute walk from the Pantheon, 15 minute walk from Trevi Fountain and around 20 minutes walk from both the Colosseum and Vatican. The hotel is clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were most helpful and friendly. They even prepared a bottle of Prosecco on ice, a card and snacks to make our arrival even more memorable. Can’t fault this hotel and it’s in an unbeatable location, highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

The only thing that could be improved was the shower temperature could be bumped up a few degrees. It was warm but not hot. The staff here were really awesome. Good communication and helpful. Had a sitting room where they provided coffee, espresso, or cappucino and maybe a muffin or cookies. Not really a breakfast but appreciated nevertheless. The location is perfect. Close to anywhere you want to go and even had a taxi stand right in front so you don't have to flag down a cab which can be difficult at busy times. A little bit hard to find at first but that is typical since we stayed at three different places and they were all hard to find. The room was a bit small which also seems pretty typical. The bed was very comfy and seemed pretty new. Got three good nights sleep there. Also, it was pretty quiet given the amount of activity outside. Would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Such a great hotel! The best part is truly the staff. We came in early from an all nighter flight from the states and Serena was already waiting for us to give us a room(at 930am)! We were so thankful because I was traveling with my 79 year old mom and she really needed a nap before going to see the sights. Serena was so welcoming and we felt right at home! Over the next few days the staff there took such great care of us. Sylvia made the most wonderful cappuccino and even sent me my passport photo via WhatsApp when the coliseum required a form of identification. I would have had to walk 25 minutes to the hotel and 25 minutes back to the coliseum with my passport. She saved me so much time and hassle! And gigi procured us a ride back to the airport at a busy time when you normally had to wait in a long line at the taxi stand. His driver was fast and efficient. We had a seamless and really wonderful trip and the staff was so amazing. Thank you, Serena, Sylvia and Gigi for making our stay so great!!

The manager and owners were so accommodating and helpful. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Only issue was we were initially in a room without AC functioning in the August heat But when we returned at the end of our vacation we were given a quiet cool room. Rooms were very clean. The old tiny elevator was quite an experience but was functional for large suitcases and tired tourists! The hotel is so close to Navona We would return to this hotel happily.

We loved our stay at this super cute boutique “hotel”. The staff was extremely welcoming and we appreciated all the tips. We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious and clean our room was. The location was amazing. All the historical sites were within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Rome!

A very nice little hotel tucked away within easy walking distance to many of the area's best spots! Staff is amazing, rooms are comfy, clean, and up to date. This was the perfect place to relax after long days of sightseeing, tasting fantastic food, and shopping. Highly recommended!
