Clean hotel and room. Friendly staff. Elevator was inconvenient as there is only one and extremely small (claustrophobic small). Odd smell of room and bathroom. Nothing special - price high for what it was. Average - not bad - served a purpose for our one night stay. Wouldn’t return.

Wonderful hotel with a great rooftop restaurant and bar, fantastic views of the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to Termini train station and walking distance to all tourists attractions. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great service. Great staff. Almost faultless. Thought facilities were slightly lacking. We found the bed and pillows not to our liking and no air conditioning when we like the room to be cool. Otherwise everything was exceptional, great transport links very friendly staff, good breakfast option.

Overall property was really convenient if you wish to stay in the centre of Rome. Place didn't really seem all that safe in the dark . No help with Parking whatsoever. Were told by the hotel reception to be careful after 9pm which made for an uneasy holiday. Breakfast options very limited. Nothing great.

Amazing property with a phenomenal location and such incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and cared for. Although there were some initial issues with the AC and bathroom drain, they were resolved very quickly and professionally. Otherwise, the room was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. The rain shower, bidet, and heated towel rack were a bonus! The breakfast buffet overlooking Rome each morning was also the best way to start every day. Finally, the hotel is just a two-minute walk to the Termini station, making it central to all of Rome's famous landmarks by subway, bus, or walking.

Amazing hotel in Rome

I went to Rome to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. From the moment we arrived at this hotel they made us feel special. What I really loved about this hotel is the people that work there, they are welcoming and friendly and the customer service is great 10 out of 10. The hotel is very clean and they have a beautiful roof terrace with an amazing view. Its in a great location and I highly recommend staying here. I had a fantastic time, thank you
